  1. Definitely a false positive. My Norton Antivirus is up to date. I would imagine due to what it does, it could be mistaken.
  2. Well, if all your upload speed is in use by say a BT client, web browsing will be slow regardless.....as your communication with the web server for GET and other requests are slowed. Anyway, the limitation is best to fix when you're a P2P user, as it's not the actual "connections" that are limited, but concurrent half open connections. That being connections in progress etc. If more than 10, others will be ignored. I have the fix here. Just make sure after changing, you hit Cancel on the Windows File Protection thing that pops up, or Windows will replace it. EvID4226Patch223d_en.zip
  3. MORTAL WOMBAT! FIGHT!
  4. Horrible day at work. Nothing went right. Felt like it was my first day I had so many problems.......FFS
  5. Ahem! You forgot "Mega Deluxe Ultimate" No milky by Capcom, SNK with KOF 2099 bad enough.
  6. There's abosulutely no reason Motaro couldn't have had his other 2 legs. They could easily tack on that without adding any usage or interactive features to them. I'm willing to bet the excuse is there, just because whoever was behind character creation and animation didn't even know who the hell Motaro was and hasn't even played the eariler MK games, they just got a picture of him from the front and ran with it. Nobody who knew otherwise caught it before it was too costly to change.
  7. You mean my TV actually does more than display my video games? Holy s**t Batman!
  8. Windows - Winamp 5 (Resources aren't an issue, so I'll take newer skins over the old crappy 2.x look) Linux - Xine (Nice UI, quite customizable and supports all the advanced streaming stuff I need)
  9. You will become one soon n00b'ed! *Points to Jitway's member title*
  10. Why wouldn't you just get a real copy of DOS? DOSBox is truly an emulator, with emulated legacy hardware, used to fool programs into thinking they're running on an older machine with such hardware.
  11. What would be the point when he's probably the only one with (I would imagine) poor spelling skills that actually made use of it. Theres enough "u" "y?" AOLer stupidity to be seen, that it's quite obvious he is the only one.
  12. Agreed, SA 1 +2 are lame. Well, they're "ok", but nothing beats the original 2D sidescrollers. Sonic 2 forever!
  13. DMZ is demilitarized zone, I believe you assign a specific IP/MAC to it and ALL ports are open. There are more advanced setups where you can demil certain ranges etc, but no......DMZ'ing is removing firewall restrictions. Depending on the config in question, and usually as a default, if you forward a port to a specific machine it goes only to that machine. That's unsolicited incoming traffic though, like if you were running an FTP server on port 6588 and you mapped that port to said machine. If a machine solicits a request on a specific port, the router should be smart enough to forward it to the right machine, no matter the port forwarding rule on said port. I believe this is usually called "Virtual Server" or something like that.
  14. 80 I think Octal reflection of my ASCII age in binary.
  15. Teh closed, and left for reference.

  17. Obviously none of you are looking close enough to see the divider. He's got a taskbar "Toolbar" in his taskbar. It's possible to simply create, though I don't know how by accident. As I haven't used Explorer in a few years now, I'm no longer familiar with it entirely. I'm pretty sure if you right click on the taskbar and select "Toolbars" or something like that, you'll find the problem.
  18. You're forgetting that in ePSXe, when you run a game, the PSX Bios isn't even loaded (At least not completely). You need to use the Memcard Manager and create a memory card file first. And if you own a real Playstation, this isn't the case. They come formatted.
  19. Problem is, theres this thing called the internet, and theres these things called dumb people that can use it. It's like being on the phone with a telemarketer, they just won't go away until you make them feel like retards. But then another 2 call you.....(Or you can just do what I do, and tell them "Did I call you and ask to buy your product? No, so f**k off!") I like it when someone can be proven wrong with physical "RIGHT HERE IN YOUR FACE!" evidence and still carry on with their lie.
  20. I've read in many places, several times, that Sony has stated there will be no price cut for Xmas.
  21. Sort of, though really only with members who have pretty much always had the same avatar. I still associate Mario with "ME!" even though he hasn't been on the boards in a really long time.
  22. Don't bother the people at the Winamp forums, this isn't Winamps fault. Your Explorer folder defaults are set that way, change em. Can't help you with that, I haven't used Explorer in years.
  23. Yeah PSXPad is awesome. I have a homemade SNES adapter I use with it. You can use many other controllers as well.
  24. $150? Wow.......it's $129.99 here in Canada for one of the new PSTWOs. Which would equate to $115 USD.
  25. I think Harold and Kumar beat you to that one... i cannot agree more with you... Didn't know Cheetahs roamed wild in the US...could have swore it was a mountain lion AKA Cougar.
