Diso Posted January 17, 2009 Posted January 17, 2009 Saw Gran Torino and Slumdog Millionaire. Both were pretty good and worth watching
Chaotica Posted January 18, 2009 Posted January 18, 2009 Corpse Bride. It was really good. I liked the humour.
Inky Posted January 18, 2009 Posted January 18, 2009 Ilsa: She Wolf of the SS interestingthat's one of those movies I've heard about for years, I guess there are a whole string of Ilsa movies. anyways I watched Superbad and something else I don't remember. Superbad was better the second time I watched it. I still don't think it's as good as most people say.
Salorskin Posted January 18, 2009 Posted January 18, 2009 Gran Torino. It was hilarious. I didn't take the movie seriously at all and enjoyed it because of that. Plus, Clint Eastwood is good at playing Clint Eastwood, so his performance was good.
Gryph Posted January 18, 2009 Posted January 18, 2009 Saw Gran Torino and Slumdog Millionaire. Both were pretty good and worth watchingYeah I enjoyed both movies a lot. I still don't think it's as good as most people say.Totally agreed. I saw My Name is Bruce last night. Yeah...definitely only for Bruce Campbell fans, if even.
Smilee Posted January 18, 2009 Posted January 18, 2009 Finally got to see Ong-Bak last night. It's bananas.
Weirdy Posted January 18, 2009 Posted January 18, 2009 Ilsa: She Wolf of the SS interestingthat's one of those movies I've heard about for years, I guess there are a whole string of Ilsa movies.only four: She Wolf of the SS, Harem Keeper of the Oil Sheiks, the Wicked Warden, and the Tigress of Siberia
Lucandrake Posted January 19, 2009 Posted January 19, 2009 Oceans Eleven I liked it, not over the top awesome, but clever.
Inky Posted January 20, 2009 Posted January 20, 2009 bowfinger for the 1000th time. it's the last movie eddie murphy made that was funny.
bgmegaman1 Posted January 20, 2009 Posted January 20, 2009 Gundam Seed Destiny Special Edition and Street Fighter the animated movie
Chaotica Posted January 20, 2009 Posted January 20, 2009 Just saw The Wrestler. What a great movie! More about a man's (and a woman's) struggle with middle life and its stresses rather then wrestling. Mickey Rourke was so utterly convincing as The Ram, not to mention charming and funny, in a bummed out sort of way. I usually don't like human drama sort of films, but I really liked this one.
Inky Posted January 20, 2009 Posted January 20, 2009 the wrestler bored me to tears within 30 minutes I'd had enough.
solidius23 Posted January 23, 2009 Posted January 23, 2009 the Hulk vs movies just on the wolverine one now dead pool is a funny mofo.
