  1. I always use the Invision Power Board skin as I find it the most user friendly. I joined about 7 months ago when SGOrange was the default and I liked it, but got tired of it, so I decided to change to the Invision skin. I think the default skin is definitely the worst. What about everyone else?
  2. I'm having trouble with a CD image of Crash Team Racing on ePSXe. It all runs perfectly until entering the first stage (or any stage for that matter). When it attempts to load the stage the emulator quits. Here is an image of the message box after it has quit. What's causing this? Thanks.
  3. I got it to work. it was constant for the motors and directx. thanks
  4. Yeah I said in the Topic title that most people will already know about it. But when I first had the internet (only 1 and a half years ago) I was looking for SNES and Genesis soundtracks in MP3 as I didnt know it existed. Their must be newbie posters who dont yet know about them.
  5. I don't think my website is too bad. I was forced to make a site for the first project at university and my first site was awful! Since then I have completely redone it and it's isnt half as bad. Don't criticise it though, I am very bad at Dreamweaver/HTML. I think it's OK for my 2nd ever attempt.
  6. Great site dude I'm also a Photoshop wiz, if anyone wants some services. If I could be bothered that is
  7. Zophar GYM and SPC website A great way to get full Genesis/Megadrive and SNES soundtracks is with an emulator that plays the music from the games. This Zophar archive is the best place I know about to get the rars that have the sound files and the emulators to play them on. If anyonw knows other places to find GYM or SPC playlists please post them here. I'm looking for Dick Tracy and Ghostbusters for the MegaDrive to name a couple.
  8. I have a PS USB controller and know it supports rumble games, but does anyone know the correct settings in ePSXe? In the rumble section on the gamepad config screen, there is: Type (Burutter, DirectX or None), Big Motor (constant, sine or none) and small motor (constant, sine, or none). Which 3 do I choose? I'm guessing I choose sine for the motors, but what about type? Thanks
  9. I have a Playstation USB controller and everything works fine, but in Ape Escape, the left analog stick does allow me to walk around perfectly, except that the camera moves all over the place while moving making it impossible to play properly. Has anyone had the same problem and do you know if you can fix it. By the way, I'm using ePSXe (obviously) with an ISO of the game. Thanks
  10. Street Fighter II Champion Edition...or SF3 2nd Imapact.....No SF2 CE it is.
  11. Well done you two! You are certainly the most helpful couple of people on this forum so you deserve it. Thanks for helping me numerous times!
  12. Exactly. And no, I werent and arent scared. I just don't need to know about it. 10 years ago, I never heard of any terrorist acts and I had also never even heard about Paedophiles. Now it seems there is one living in 1/3 homes. Damn sinister news bastards.
  13. I'm so fed up with 3rd party controller making companies such as Mad Catz and Joytech. They have the creative ability of a dog sh/t. Even Microsoft can come up with better controllers than any 3rd party company has ever or will ever do. I'm just angry that there is still a market for these losers to crap more products out into. I guess they are just taking advantage of people who can only afford a £20 joypad as opposed to the official £25 controller.
  14. Favourite superhero: Spider-man or Captain America Favourite villian: Dr. Doom Favourite superhero movie: Batman 1 Worst superhero movie: Batman and Robin Worst character: The Gardener Upcoming Hopeful Movie: Ironman
  15. You shall die in SSIV against me now. Whoops i spelt Nakoruru wrong. You probably would beat me, but I'm not a massive SS fan. I am, however, a character design fan, and I don't like Nakoruru at all. Get Genjuro, Ukyo, jubei or Galford in instead.
  16. Damn the American government is crap. The English isn't much better. Especially now Tony Blair want to give Bush a rim job. I don't really care for the news. I turn over the channel if a news programme is on and don't want to hear how many people are killed or that I have to stock up on can foods because a terrorist might bomb me. I'll just get on with my life without listening to people saying the world will end in 50 years or whatever.
  17. I've only just heard about this game and it sounds as if it's gonna be great. Much better than the pointless CFJ (which I have already said my opinions on that). It seems as if SNK actually know which characters should be in the game, unlike Capcom who just add any woman from their games and shove them in (MvC2 had Morrigan, Felicia, BB Hood from Vampire series and no Demitri). We are given a great range of characters such as Marco from Metal Slug and the forgotten Hanzou and Fuuma (it's about time they got some World Heroes back from the dead - literally). Characters I would put in are: From Art of Fighting: Ryo, Robert, King, Eiji, From KOF: Kyo, Iori, K', Heidern, Chang, Heavy D, From Fatal Fury: Terry, Andy, Joe, Mai, Kim, Hon-Fu, Rock, Geese From Samurai Shodown: Haohmaru, Galford, Ukyo, From Last Blade: Kaede, Washizuka From World Heroes: Hanzou, Fuuma, Dragon, Mudman, From SNK games: Marco, Athena, Ralf and Clark, The Street Smart guys (seeing as Takuma was in it as "Karate Man"), Atomic Guy, and I would take out Nakaruru. By the way, wasn't King of Fighters originally the same concept as this? They seem to have forgotten later on that it was all SNK characters pitted against each other.
  18. Wow! Thanks a lot! You're car knowledge rivals my video game knowledge! Good obscure car know how. By the way - Some look slightly different but that will be Sega customizing them and making them look slightly more up to date. I think number 8 and 9 are wrong. Maybe because I could only find a back view of number 9. Unless Google's search results are messed up. Anyway, thanks.
  19. I did a google search for Cadillac and it turns out that lots of them are based on vaarious types of Cadillac. I think numbers 2, 4, 5, 6, 8 and 12 are definately Cadillacs, just that I don't know know the exact names of them. I'm still puzzled about the exact names and also the others.
  20. Hi there, I'm a massive crazy taxi fan but know very little about American cars. I'm trying to find out which real life cars the ones on the game are based on. I know for a fact some (if not all) are real as I have seen many of them in American films and TV programmes. I have seen number 2 and number 6 loads of times. I have a link to a picture I have made with all the cars on and numbered them to make it easy to reply and say which ones you know. -->THE PICTURE<-- [250kb] Even if you only know one or two, please reply and tell me. Thanks.
  21. Not really character design (well, they have to create a name for the design) but I think Sol-Badguy is really weird just because of his incredibly silly name. Weird characters: Saber and Black Widow from Ring of Destruction, D. Mariner from Wave Race 64 (a jet ski rider with his ass fully exposed!) Dr. Baldhead/Faust from Guilty Gear Mr Parodius (thong on his head) Zeus from World Heroes (weird because of how funny his win pose and taunt is) Yoshimitsu (obviously) I'll think of others
  22. Yeah, that's cos American things are great because they are cheaper. In England, the cheapest you will find a game for 2nd hand in a popular shop is about £14.99 (equivalent of $30). Unless they are mega old like Ridge Racer 5 and then they go for about £10. Things like Super Monkey Ball 2 and Halo will still never go below £30 (or if you're lucky - £25)! GBA games are only £5 cheaper when pre-owned for every single game (about £30/$60). And we all know that pounds are worth almost twice as much as a dollar. Cheeky UK government bast@rds with our expensive petrol and everything else.
  23. Yeah I know it rules. But so do most Cave games. I also recommend DonPachi / DoDonPachi. One of my favourite scrolling shooters. Uo Poko is also great.
  24. Are you still there ShastaOrange? Reply and tell us how old the game was.
  25. I've only played GoldenEye on the emulator for a short time, but I'm sure it ran perfectly on my computer. I have a 2.53Ghz P4, 1024 MB DDR Ram and a 128MB Geforce 4. The ram is probably the most important as I have sh/t loads really. I also use Project 64. The only problem for me is the controls on PlayStation USB pad.
