Alpha Posted December 9, 2011 Posted December 9, 2011 Do any of you guys notice a speed increase? We did some optimizing tonight and I also changed the forum category color to white on the 1Emu v5 skin (should make it easier to read). Will be making more adjustments to that skin...
Robert Posted December 9, 2011 Posted December 9, 2011 Seems a bit faster. One thing that confused me is that everything shows unread. I found on the IPB skin, down the bottom, click on Mark Community Read, then choose to make the forum (at least) marked as read. Then it works as expected.

I will talk to Miskie about this, but it *feels* like a normal result after upgrade.

Hard Core Rikki Posted December 10, 2011 Posted December 10, 2011 (edited) @robert Results are defaulted to 'new since my last visit', which will list everything and just bolden unread updated content.What you want is "content ive not read" (select it on search results at the left). It can be set in usercp if accessible, or made default. Once you select a specific timeframe on the sidebar, "view new content" will keep using it. Edited December 10, 2011 by Hard Core Rikki
