Devia Eleven Posted February 25, 2008 Share Posted February 25, 2008 Well I have read that this is going to be released on the PS3 and 360, (I don't know about the Wii). Ed Boon, stated that this version will be dark and gritty, whatever that means, but what was really important, is when he also stated that this game will use the formula of MK 1. Now, I do not know if this is true, but if it is, Mortal Kombat is making a wise decision, considering that MK4 and up just lost the basic MK feel, and it became slow and sluggish. What they should do, is maybe follow the same path that Capcom took with Street Fighter IV, and make the game fully three dimensional, but also have the gameplay similar to that of Mortal Kombat II.
