so ever since i got my playstation, one of the little tabs on the center cd clip thingy was broken off so icould see the red rubber ring awhile back a second one broke off and now its starting to crack in half, and not grip CDs very well on random occasions, its not even from swapping because i havent played a burned game in awhile, i cant seem to find one that will fit right off an old CD player or something, any ideas on what i should do? maybe just get a new playstation? they are pretty cheap now

hmmm weird, you might have gotten one of those odd ones then, i have a couple version 2s that work fine with everything and lke 1 that does that, i dont really understand why, sega wanted ub3r piracy protection i guess

yeah but the only time you should go into the negatives is if your speakers/sound card is really putting too much of that frequency out going to -5 isnt really a big deal but when people to to things like -25 is when they are getting carried away

omg its like buying a premodded xbox for half the price DC Downloads would be awesome, and with the state DC Emulation is in its probably possible as a future upgrade or something because its going pretty good. all this sounds really awesome, the only thing keeping me from wanting to buy a rev and do this stuff is im afraid of the cost-per-game

notice they are using a tray-less drive for pain-in-the-arse-swappery I thought it was confirmed they are shipping with 60GB HDDs, i could be wrong though.

Okay so heres what i need- The IPs of all the Halo 2 servers over live, Why? because i want to add them to my blacklist, so i can still get on live, but not play halo 2 on live. Why? okay heres the story My brother, is ALWAYS playing Halo 2, he sleeps about 2 or 3 hours a night IF THAT, Morning, noon, and night, halo 2, nonstop. He never leaves the house, he never does ANYTHING, and he even eats while playing halo 2 at the same time, and he gets pissed when he has to get up and take a crap or something. The other part, is these noises, that the game makes, are SO ANNOYING, and i have to hear them ALL DAY 24/7!!!! I have to hear these noises so much, that i hear them while im falling asleep, IN MY SLEEP, and then the minute i wake up!!! I had a dream where i was stuck in a box and all i could hear was 5 MINUTES REMAINING, KILLTACULAR, DOUBLE KILL, FLAG CAPTURED, ETC ETC ETC So PLEASE!!! for my brothers health, and MY SANITY, HELP ME GET RID OF THIS crap!!!

yeah the only alienware i would consider buying is a laptop because you cant really build your own laptop pre-built PCs are for n00bs

another way is double click the internet icon in your taskbar thing to get your IP (Second tab) and then go to search and put the IP in there and the pc should show up, open it and everything you have shared should be in there kind of a dumb way to do it but it works

I know alot of peopel who have gotten viruses from limewire but they where mostly ditzy girls i just hate limewire because the search blows unless your looking for porn EDIT: I also like how alot of people have a "To do" txt file on their desktop hehe

well the old one if you upped its limit of stations would find alot more, i had mine on 900000 or something like that and it found alot of stations at 320kbps thanks for that tip, going to shoutcast.com to find stuff would have been annoying because it defeats the purpose of any of it being there at all really

you all should really learn to use an equalizer, you can do much more with that than DFX plugins and crap like that weirdy i wouldnt recomend adjusting anything below flat unless your really hearing too much of that frequency

no seriously there is only ONE version of the DC that will not work, and its REALLY REALLY REALLY rare, i DOUBT you got one, it was in the last batch of DCs made, and it even has trouble burning certain commercial games (Grandia 2 for example) I forget what it says at the bottom, probably a 2001 manufacture date late in the year though

there are probably about 12 remakes of the blob too i think it was just the gore/action i liked
