andreyw
V.1.17 still locks when loading encrypted neogeo roms here. I vahe deleted the saves, even delete every thing and copyed from the scratch to my HD, but no sucesses. As I can see, I am the only one here having this bad time .... The wierd part is that all the ver. before 1.17 worked perfectly, but 1.17 doesnt like me.

iq_132
Nice release +T+ Next time you're online give me a buzz, I've got some stuff for you.
Thraxen
Found a couple of errors in the DATS. The game Super Galaxians should have a ROM named "superg", but the DAT says it should be named "guperg". The DAT says that the v4 ROM for The Last Blade should be 2 MB. It's actually 4 MB. The emulator does have the correct CRC though.
totozero
Hello just a quick feedback here 1st of all, thx 4 the amazing work you're doing ! . Just 2 let you know : 1. When I activate 5th menu (ie betas), the emu freezes while browsing the roms. 2. I just realized the svc.zip doesn't boot anymore (emu hangs while loading). It worked with previous version. 3. ddsomr1, ecofghtu aren't working, there's a message telling those clones aren't supported. Everything else i've been checkin seemed OK ! C'ya ! + T +
I'll look into these problems. The decryption XORs for ddsomr1 and ecofghtu haven't been released yet so these sets won't work. Edited July 20, 2006 by + T +
babelfish
Hey +T+, good to see you back Hope you don't mind if I report a bug and share a few thoughts: 1) Skins with different music for each system only play a single track now. I noticed sound options were missing from the GUI, but were still in the ini -- perhaps some code was removed by accident? 2) A shameless request: would it be possible to update the in-game menu so the bottom of the list goes: Dip Switches Diagnostics Mode Service Mode Reset Game Exit Game It would be nice to have Reset Game right above the Exit Game option for quicker access 3) So have all of the updates made to the regular version since Pro 1.17 now been incorporated, or was there anything you decided not to put into your build? Thanks for all the hard work, it must have been a nightmare comparing all of the source code Edited July 20, 2006 by babelfish
+ T +
Just to update everyone. The problem with some NG games not loading has been fixed. An updated build will be out soon. 1) Skins with different music for each system only play a single track now. 1) I'll look into this. 2) The menu is in priority order with emulation options first then UI options second. If you want a fast reset just hold down the triggers and press START. 3) There are one or two differences but nothing major. The only notable feature I haven't yet included is the filter preview. + T +
FBA-XXX Pro v1.21=============== - Fixed encrypted Neo-Geo games not loading. - Fixed UI background music and options. - Fixed problem where incorrect ROMsets were loading even with CRC Check on. - Corrected some DAT errors. NOTE: In order to fix the problem with large NG ROMsets locking up the emu, the rumble feature has been disabled in this build. Loading encrypted ROMs takes alot of memory and it would seem there simply isn't enough for both. FBA-XXX doesn't come up against this problem as the only versions of these games it supports are decrypted. Hopefully this can be resolved in a future build.
