havent backtracked this thread but for the xbox version you need a file named "pmame.bin" to be dropped into your kof2003.zip and then rename it to kof2003f.zip you dont need the p roms in there, but its ok to keep them there. you should also try visiting the Nextgen EMU section of this forum.

Mad Ups to Darkzone, hes the reason we can play kof2k3 on xbox.

I say we open up a SATURN section and start drawing all the saturn crew with stuff to share out from the bushes. I got quite a bit of games and always lookin for more....... lets do somethin here.

I tried compiling a driver with all O's in place of the crcs........but i got an error and the compile never completed. (it was a long time ago when i was first learning about this stuff) So i might have just done something wrong. give it a shot. EDIT:....i just noticed you mentioned HEXING it o all Zeros.....well people here seem to say it works just fine. so id say theres no risk at all as long as you Zero out the correct sections.

if you got the emu i think you got then this is the rom.zips its lookin for, take a look at your zip names. sngoku3n (named like kawax emulator standard) kof2k1nd (kof2k1 fully decrypted) try that see what happens
