I've obtained a few PSP demos, and have tested them with PSPE-6 When you start PSPE, a menu appears. Use the up/down arrows to choose a demo. Press Enter to run it. When you are finished, click on the X, and the menu will re-appear. Click the X again to close. Demos List and Descriptions -------------------------------- BIRDS : You control a blue bird, use the up-arrow to fly up, gravity pulls you down HE-BTN-PSP : Known as TRIVIA at PSP sites. Press a button and a counter works FAMICON : Supposed to be a NES emulator InfoNES : A NES emulator LCDcheck : Use it to look for bad pixels. Press a key to change colour. LIFE : A blueish changing pattern. No key input. MARIODEMO : A static snapshot of a Mario game PONG : A working Pong game PSPCALC : A calculator. Use the keys to move the blue "mouse" pointer PSP-CHESS : A chessboard where you can move the pieces. No logic implemented yet RIN : A GB/GBC emulator SIMPLETURN : You guide a car around a track SNES9X : A SNES emulator TETRIS : Um, Tetris TYSHOOTER : When I see it working, I'll tell you what it does What Works on PSPE ----------------------- BIRDS1, HE-BTN-PSP, InfoNES 1 and 2, LCDcheck, LIFE, MARIODEMO, PONG, PSPCALC 1 and 2, PSP-CHESS, RIN v1.0 only, TETRIS 1 and 2. What doesn't work --------------------- BIRDS2 : causes PSPE to crash at startup. The log says "Fatal signal: Segmentation Fault (SDL Parachute Deployed)" FAMICON3 : when a rom is selected it produces a Japanese error message and freezes RIN : All versions higher than 1.0 : No roms list. Pressing D key closes emu. SIMPLETURN : Black screen. Need to use Task Manager to kill it. SNES9X : Message "NO ROM FILE HEADER FOUND" and emu closes. TETRIS 3 : Emu closes TYFIGHTER : Emu closes
