Victual PC is still an emulator of sorts, and while being commercial, it might (and most likely does) have incompatibilities.

Playstation games aren't roms, they are CD iamges. To use a BIN in ePSXe, use the Run ISO option or mount the BIN image with Daemon Tools (I recommend the latter). -
Drake is right. Sure, Gran Turismo 4 might work on PCSX2, if you consider 5-10fps to be "playable". And no, there are no Gran Turismo games for PC, nor will there ever be any.

Sorry, can't do that, since I don't have the actual file. When using the Universe BIOS, press Coin+Start when the game is running the get into the cheat database.

I don't think it works in Nebula.

The P1 rom file is the one that needs to be replaced in order to get hidden characters. You mean that universe BIOS' cheat database has no entries for enabling hidden characters/bosses. I almost have to disagree.
