You got a router? If so there is your problem. Some IP s are watching for people using bit torrent, they have it automaticly set to slow you down... and speed up... Check with your IP forums for bit torrent and there opinion on it.

Clocking zelda 64 for the first TYME [ come on man it something special] Owning excite bike 64//// that game rocks. First TYME i relasied i had got good at counterstrike and actually come out on top two times in a row, well untill hackers show up. Going a WHOLE game in MOHAA with only pistol whipping people and finnsihing 3rd on an insane 24 man server. my first out side the area lob on PES3... I am still looking for my First overhead volly on PES4... Now that is soemthing special...
