gamez fan Posted December 8, 2011 Posted December 8, 2011 sorry to ask again +T+ but would it be possible for you to code and option into FBL so onscreen gun crosshare can be toggled off and onin the emulator menu it would be a cool addition

Otherwise it can join the queue.

+ T + Posted December 10, 2011 Author Posted December 10, 2011 hey +T+, great work and cant wait to try it out. any eta? no rush, just wondering. There's not much left for me to do on this release so hopefully it won't be too long. Unfortunately I just got myself a new HDTV and am currently spending all my (limited) free time setting up the Windows build of XBMC. I have to say the Rom Collection Browser script is amazing for emulation; I can see my Xbox gathering dust really quickly. But I'm not planning to quit working on FBL as I still find it rewarding even if I probably won't be using it so much myself anymore.

I've noticed quite a few issues this has caused so I'll likely use the unaltered FBA driver in the next build even though it's a lot slower.
Mr Feud Posted December 11, 2011 Posted December 11, 2011 Hi guys, I noticed quite abit of slowdown in "Growl", seems to be running abit sluggish
elconejotres Posted December 12, 2011 Posted December 12, 2011 Asura Blade gets very slow or frameskip a lot sometimes, and the mirror match the enemy is not visible
+ T + Posted December 12, 2011 Author Posted December 12, 2011 Asura Blade gets very slow or frameskip a lot sometimes, and the mirror match the enemy is not visibleThat's because you're playing it on an Xbox, it's more resource intensive than the system can handle. You should be glad it runs at all.

It's a nice idea and it's something I'd consider if it was the difference between slow or full speed. More likely I would just use two versions of the driver. But at the moment, even with the graphics code changes, none of the games run full speed so until that changes I'll probably just stick to the stock FBA driver.
jamallego Posted December 13, 2011 Posted December 13, 2011 great to see the hard work your putting on these +T+, thanks a lot......waiting for the new update.....
