Commodore 128. That thing was fabulous. It got eaten by a computer virus, imagine that (I think it was a computer virus, at least).

I've didn't have any consoles when I was a kid.

N64 for me, played with it for so many hours as it was the first console I ever owned. Had to go to my friend's or cousin's house to play video games before I got the N64.

Genesis for me. I was able to beat multiple games and not get tired of them. It also still has some of my favorite games such as Shining force, Streets of rage, Golden axe, etc. I still play it from time to time.

Since my friend owned a SNES, I consider that to be the console I played the most, and by that definition, it's my favorite console.

The Mega Drive/Genesis is the close second.

The Sega Mega Drive was by far my most loved console of all time. It has just been outclassed in all aspects by the PS2 though, which is undoubtedly the greatest game console ever made.

The Sony Playstation. I used to think everything about the games on that system were amazing. One time it broke, and someone suggested that I get the new Nintendo 64, but I was like psh, screw that, I'm gonna get a new Playstation.

My how things have changed. :)

SNES - My mom picked one up for me on christmas when i was 4yrs.

Reminds me of how I got into all this... I got a Master System for Christmas when I was 4 yrs old. It had some good stuff but I still reckon the MD is where the party was at.

I have had most of the systems at one time but for the money 3DO and DC are the best. Next would be Genesis.

Sega Master System, Sega Genesis, Sega CD, Sega 32X, Sega Saturn, and Sega Dreamcast. Do you see a pattern?

Is is unfortunate that this pattern will not continue. Even their games aren't selling so well any more.

I never owned a console as a kid because they never existed then, and if they had, we couldn't have afforded one. In fact I've never owned a console until last year when my mother found an old SNES and I fixed it, but it got misplaced when I moved most of my stuff to the new house.
