yep, my router (now running DD-WRT) is always getting 48-54 connection speed, but still poopy internet (It randomly goes to 11 sometimes though, but after i hit refresh its fine, should i turn off B support entirely and see if that helps?

yeah VLC pretty much plays everything, i use it alot Oddly enough the only things it has problems playing, play fine in Winamp, which is weird because winamp video kinda blows. But then again, it only has problems on my 500MHz laptop HA, on my PC its fine

For some reason no matter what router im using (Linksys BEFW11S4, or Linksys WRT54GS) i can only get a max of 1700 downstream, when im supposed to be getting 4000 downstream or something like taht. so wtf!? Ive tried a crapload of things, but i THINK theres some kind of wireless interference, because the wired works, Do you think High gain antennaes would work? or what should i do!?

Is there any way i can plug some wired USB devices into a wireless adapter type thing to make them wireless? I want to make my wired keyboard and mouse wireless so i can laze on my futon ...crap i think this keyboard is PS/2, but im getting a new USB one (or i could temporarily use my other USB one)

Those are ALWAYS better than NAV because they are designed to use less resources+are updated alot more (Coporate versions) I wouldnt mind using that.

I saw this in theatres today when i went to see underworld: Evolution (BTW, good movie) im REALLY excited for this one, It should pwn Uwe Boll's crappy alone in the dark, i have NEVER been put to sleep by a movie before, but that movie made me fall asleep SIX TIMES I also saw a trailer for Ultraviolet (looks stupid as hell), Final Destination 3 (I didnt think anyone actually watched the first two but me, my brother, and my friend david, because they are really crappy, but i like them anyway for some reason) and some other trailer that looked like an awesome movie but i cant remember it for some reason. mmm but yeah Silent Hill, Definitley going to be a kick ass movie, especially if they use the same style of horror of the games, ZOMG SOMEONE LEAK THIS ONTO THE INTERNET ALREADY!!!

why doesnt someone just make their own virus scanner thats compatible with the norton or mcaffee viruse definition files? Then it would be for sure up to date and everything
