I have a windows XP computer and id like to put Windows Media center edition on it, is there any way to do that yet? Maybe go to my local bittorent store *cough* best buy or something?

To me downloading a movie or CD is the same as recording off the radio or recording a movie off TV With digital tuner cards and stuff, Couldnt i just record off TV, edit out the commercials, and have the same thing? So why not just download it? Plus there IS some law that says whatever comes into your house is yours to do whatever you want with or something along those lines that makes what im saying seem pretty reasonable.

my gf watched it and told me about some thing where some guy sucked and he said it was because he said he can only sing to turkeys or something.... people are weird I think what they do is they take the best people they think can win and show them, and then they show only the worst of them to make it more entertaining, because they have like a billion tryouts and theres no way the average person trying out is that weird

AVG has a better one you have to pay for now, but i think the only difference is networking features

Get the program called Wizmo Get WinRAR Make self installers that install Wizmo somewhere on the computer, and a shortcut to one of its commands in the startup folder (such as the force shutdown command ) I already did one for the force shutdown one, its detected by ms antispyware as some internet downloader thing though, im working on a C++ version BTW Wizmo can open your CD tray and such. along with many other features.

Not only can you keep your PS2 on your TV, AND have internet access to it, But its secure because no one can get into your computer that way, Someone might be able to use your internet but im pretty sure it offers encryption anyway And seriously, People getting on your wireless network is NOT as big of a threat as peopel make it to be. Any hacker who has the resources to physically move around to wireless networks isnt going to waste their time on some home network. And even if they got on, OOOH THEY WILL USE YOUR INTERNET OR COPY THINGS OFF YOUR HDD!! Your not stupid enough to put things that important on your HDD right?

then it would probably be cheapest to just buy a wireless router, and then either buy a wireless adapter for your PS2, Or Use a crossover cable from your laptop into your PS2 (which also means if you dont have wireless on your laptop you gotta buy a wireless adapter there too, but i think its still cheaper) You can get wireless B Linksys routers on Ebay for like 10-20 bucks sometimes

well ive been researching this a bit and it seems people are researching how to get around it quite a bit The only thing i found so far is to delete the "Movies" folder and then it supposedly works, This sounds like crap to me, but ill try it later today and see how it works

I know this is kind of a retarded question, But im trying to get painkiller running on one of my PCs, It has specifications that are more than good enough to play it, but it has an integrated video card, and since painkiller checks for a AGP/PCI Video card when it starts up, it doesnt see a video card, and doesnt start I know integrated is retarded, but please help me get it running Is there any way i can make the game think its an AGP card? (although im not sure, but i THINK it comes up as AGP, which is weird, i dunno)

I consider online play to be important in MOST cases, because with alot of games these days, after i beat it i tend to get bored with it and never play it again, online play helps keep it interesting longer There are exceptions though, such as MGS3, and RE4, Not FPSes, but i still play those and they arent online (although MGS3 will be soon im sure youve heard, ill be picking that up, it looks interesting) Chronicles of Riddick was even better than the movie, I think it did get alot of publicity though, Everyone knew about it, just not alot of people bought it i guess :/, amazing game though, but i think i only played through it like twice and never played it again.

If i had a show or a band that was really popular i wouldnt care if people pirated it, i thought the entire idea of a show/band was to get heard and express yourself anyway, not to be a moneymaking whore plus its not like NO ONE will buy it, so youll still make money

so does mine Why didnt they just rip the DVD, or use a different DVD player? Im sure in a case like this they would allow them to do that, i know it would be time consuming and not everyone would want to bother but it would probably help
