  1. Like which one? The only one I ever enjoyed was the incredibly broken/frustrating Virtua Striker 2, but even with all it's faults it was fun to play. However now I have Virtua Striker 3 on GC and that one improved a lot (it's still incredibly broken and frustrating though, only less so ) so it makes part 2 unneeded. All the other ones were simply not on the level of Pro Evo/WE or even the ISS series.
  2. I have a request to merge the existing sega forums (Genesis and Dreamcast) and make them a general Sega forum. Or perhaps leave Dreamcast seperate and make a new Saturn/Genesis/MS forum...although 1 forum seems better to me.
  3. Yeah soccer for americans . If you're going to make one yourself check out the compatibilty list here. It will give you an idea if there's a point in trying. MMX 4 and 5 should work, X6 not. And most rpg's will also not work since the bleem beta does not work with fmv.
  4. There's loads of premade releases of this flying around, I haven't tested any yet, but I see them a lot so they must be pretty decent. I think I'll try the Winning Eleven one since there are no good football games on DC.
  5. Japanese Space Channel 5!!!!!!!! Man, I so want that game, ever since I played SP5 part 2 I can't stand the english dub anymore. But sadly I can't even find a backup anywhere .
  6. Personally I only want NAOMI and a perfect c64 emulator for my Dreamcast.
  7. You mean the spine cards? Almost all japanese games have them, thy just have some info on the game like title etc on them. They're not stickers though, just a loose piece of paper really. Rabid collectors will pay more for games if the spine card is with the game .
  8. I got a PC Magic Box, it supports PS/PS2, Saturn and Dreamcast stuff. It's very good except the analogue stick/triggers of the DC pad work like crap. Doesn't really matter since I use for Saturn pads and the DC arcade stick mostly and PSX pads for the occasional 3D game.
  9. I have a 3rd party card with 4 chunks of 200 blocks and I've used it for more than 3 years on a daily basis without problems, so they're not all bad. On the other hand I also got a 3rd party card for my GC and that corrupted ALL my saves after a few weeks and a friend of mine had it happen also. I always also buy official cards for the important saves though .
  10. Use Alcohol, select the cue file and burn in RAW/DAO mode, that's it really. Remember it will need a boot disc to play.
  11. What do you mean it goes out of range? The main difference between 1.1 and 1.2 is the added vga support. And as far as I know all later version add nothing at all. Also what game do you try to boot? Not all games have vga support.
  12. Great game, I played it for about 3 months, 1 month beta, 2 months p2p. At the end it got pretty boring though, spending all day killing things to get 1% exp . The beginning of the game is the best, when you still have loads of areas to explore and things to find out. I would recommend anyone who wants to play this not to use faqs when you start. Of course, you'll probably mess up your character, but it's so much more fun trying things out for yourself, trust me. And it's kind of worth the fee yeah, but don't sign up for 6 months, chances are you'll be bored of it after 2 or 3 months. Maybe I'll re-activate my account too sometime, or maybe I'll find a private server with double exp . What episode is iRO at now? And how's Gravities service these days? Do they still do rollbacks everytime something goes wrong?
  13. Use clonecd, that's what ccd is made with.
  14. I personally use win 98 se and I'm pretty happy with it. I think in general people like 2000 better though. If you're going to format anyway I'd say just try them both out, see what runs better.
  15. On basis of rarity/size: SpaceChannel5-promo mil cd never even heard of it, what is it? head_hunter_pal_multi_repack_dc-pulsar although it is on bob's ftp, it's big Skies_Of_Arcadia_CD2_Repack_DC-ECHELON <DIR> Skies_Of_Arcadia_DC-ECHELON also big and a must-have Virtua_Fighter_History-_JP_part_1 pretty rare, I want this too Silver cool game, pretty big dld and not too common Bomberman_Online_USA_DC-ECHELON Aerowings 2 pretyy common but big and a nice game Blue stinger, dynamite cop, gundam 0079, psychic force, timestalkers, stupid invaders, maken x and flogian bros are also all worth saving, but don't stress over em, you can get em again easily. Well and the rest can either be easily redownloaded or isn't worth redownloading. If you like em save the sportsgames next, they're big too and save the japanese stuff last, most of what you have is no fun to play anyway due to the language barrier.
  16. It's the latest 5.5, and that's not the problem, I've used it for a long time without problems.
  17. I've used nero for data compilations for years without any problems but lately it gives me errors at the end of the burn process. It says 'fixation could not be performed' or something. Now I have formatted and reinstalled windows, reinstalled and updated firmware for my burner, got new aspi drivers and cleaned the burner lens but nothing helped. So does anyone have any suggestions? I will buy a new burner if not, but it's weird because all my other burning apps work like normal, but sadly nero is the one I need to use for data compilations and vcd's and audio cd's. I'm downloading Easy CD Creator now to see if that will help.
  18. P.E.Op.s plugins are better. Why are they better?
  19. I don't think you can overburn data compilations, atleast I've never been able to figure out how to do it.
  20. Use ePSXe with Pete's GPU plugin (just google both) and you'll have so many options to set resolution and other stuff you can do what you want with it.
  21. I have this all the time on my pc with XP home. I have enough space anyway so I usually just let them be and try again every other day. Eventually I can always delete the files but it can take a few days sometimes.
  22. Yeah, get out there and snort your brains out!
  23. I quit the team because I started my own (Romster team 36302), sorry .
  24. The difference is that snes games have to be loaded into the DC's Vram, cd based games obviously won't have this limitation. Bleem showed us with their PSX emu for DC that it's not only possible but that DC can even enhance the games graphically. Of course it will take an extremele talented programmer with loads of time and rescources to make a good psx or NG CD emu, but I think it's a nice idea atleast worth trying, I'd rather see a PCE CD emulator than NG CD though.
  25. Braindead is the best, no contest . It's made by Peter Jackson I think.
