  1. MGD sets are different and no amount of romcenter work will fix them. The real NRX (last version 0.6c) supports this format, but the hacks do not. The really bad thing about MGD's are that quite a few are bad dumps! You would be better off playing those early neogeo games on kawaks, mame, or nebula (and using mame romsets). For those used to reading MAME code, here is the weird code needed to get an MGD set working: As you can see, bytes need swapping about, and entire blocks are in the wrong places.

  5. http://www.wdc.com/en/library/eide/2579-001037.pdf explains the jumpers on a sata. From what I just found in google, there is no such thing as master and slave with sata, all are considered as a master. On the mobo there will be a master socket and a slave socket (or primary and secondary). In the bios you can choose which one to boot from. You don't have two drives on one cable, like with IDE/PATA drives. If you are wanting to have a sata boot disk, and a secondary IDE disk, you can do that, but make sure in the bios to select scsi ahead of hdd-0 or it might try booting off the IDE disk.
  6. Yeah i saw Agozer's post and i thought "wtf's he been smokin"
  7. Typical woman. If she doesn't like it, its no use forcing her to.
  8. Othello champ? Lift your eyes a little higher and you'll see my name is Robert. A MGD set is one with rom names that start with N, such as N058001A.038 If you have any sets with roms like that you will have to move those sets out of your roms folder. The only kind of rom names that are acceptable will be xxx-p1.rom, xxx-s1.rom and so on.
  9. SNES emulator for GBA >> Get it HERE.
  10. The reason we talk about other things is that we are a community; and there's not a real lot happening in emulation right now. And Agozer is correct; we don't have the answer at our fingertips at this moment.
  11. Yeah I want a barbeque tongs! AND that cool piggie!

  17. Too much to accept, eh? We have seen documentaries of North Korea, and they have huge statues and wall carvings of the "beloved leader" everywhere, and they are basically still living in the 1950's. They live in the most awful poverty and don't know that it could be different. They are taught the rest of the world is bad and out to kill them. One day, who knows when, they will emerge from their dark ages - and be utterly amazed.

  24. I never even knew they were playing, shows how much interest I have in the World Cup. After listening to every radio station babbling endlessly about what a great victory it was, I had to turn the radio off! ANyway for those that didn't know, Australia defeated Japan 3-1. Japan was leading 1-0 until the 84th minute.
