Yes, Kawaks doesn't have the decryption routines that are needed for kof2003. Even if it did, your dat wouldn't work because you haven't attempted to call up any decryption. Use the set that was specified in the dat when you first got the loader. In case you lost it here it is: It's some neoragex set.

Looks interesting. Perhaps someone could get the good bits from 1.5 and add them to a custom 1.0 Then you'd have an open bios without the bugs and with the newer features.

It's a bit hard to explain, but basically after doing the math, the only answers you can get are multiples of 9, starting with 0 up to 81. When the chart appears, you will see that those numbers all have the same symbol. Each time you run it, the chart changes, but the same numbers have a common symbol. Try it and you will see.
