I heard a few stories about DRM and un-needed bloatware, but not having seen it myself, perhaps someone else can say. Still, I would wait at least for a service pack release to fix the bugs that are sure to be there.
It is amazing that these things are not reported on our media, the only ones I heard of was the Rodney King bashing, and before that the 1970 shooting of unarmed university students by the army. The students were protesting against the Vietnam war. Recently we heard about the shooting of a groom on his wedding day. I was unaware that the U.S. police are homicidal maniacs who do this sort of thing in the normal course of their day.

Amazing what one finds with a bit of searching. 17 year old girl maced by a cop who can't add up Policecrimes.com Frank Jude Other police attacks on blacks So... looks like it happens just about every day in America, and almost always the bad cops are let off.
We don't get to see the beginning, what attracted the officers to the scene. However the rest seems entirely over the top and excessive. I just hope that the officers cars were vandalised while that was going on. Is this a common occurence in America?
Oh, thanks for that. I never owned or used a C64. Your interface looks nice, but I'm sure you would understand if I said it's something I'd never make use of.
