You can only redump an arcade rom if you have the original board and specific dumping hardware + custom programs to do it. And yes, those cost quite a lot, and you most likely have to code your own dump programs. Dumping arcade games is easier with some games and extremely hard with others. Dumping is also expensive, and sometimes very time-consuming. CHDs are a type of a hard disk image. You nee dboth the CHD and a supported romset to play some games.

I wouldn't recommend it Agozer, the graphics aren't great, there is a lack of tactics in gameplay, and it really just an average game overall. Final Fantasy Tactics Advance > Onimusha Tactics Tactics Orge Knight of the Lodis > Final Fantasy Tactics Advance EDIT: Oh, "getting" you say. Well go nuts. You'd be right about that. Final Fight recenge is not emulated properly yet. I thought this game is on SNES only? Final Fight 1 was a more or less direct port from the CPS-1. Final Fight Revenge is a 2-on-2 fighter, not a standard scrolling beat 'em up. Oh, this is the 3D fighting game, which did not generate a slight ineterest? Yes. A pity though.
