  1. Sure, here you go. Just remember to read the Readme and backup your roms before patching. svc_fix_rs.zip
  2. What two parts? SvC Plus is glitchy but you can fix it with patches.
  3. I think there aren't any. Your best bet would be to find some info on what moves were added and then look for those inputs from other FAQs. I could be in err though. btw, Galactica Phantom is performed with qcf, qcf + P [236, 236 + P] (at least in Kof2002)
  4. Well, you'd want isometric 2D strategic RPGs then. Final Fantasy Tactics, Hoshigami: Ruining Blue Earth, Tactics Orge, Ogre Battle to name a few on the PSX... and Black Matrix, but that's only in Japanese. On the PS2, Disgaea: Hour of Darkness, Phantom Brave, and La Pucelle Tactics. You might get a kick out of Front Mission 3 as well. I thought you didn't like console RPGs.
  5. If you use my method, you get the most steady 60/60 framerate with no tearing whatsoever.
  6. Start ZSNES with the -6 commandline switch, and enable VSync and Triple Buffering. (In some cases you may either leave Triple Buffering off or substitute VSync with it; I use both though). Also, be mindful of what image filters you use.
  7. Ah, well, that place seems to have most of neo04's patches anyway.
  8. And the fact that japanese generally takes less space than english, so imagine what kind of difficulties they would face when they see that the translation doesn't fit the box it should be in. Unlike with SNES roms, expanding Neo-Geo's romsizes might not be worth the trouble and might lead to a dead-end.
  9. Yes. It's the right one. Muchos Gracias.
  10. Try http://www.micmano.net/Utilitaires_et_Patch.htm instead.
  11. 'Were' would be the right word to use here since the project hasn't been going anywhere.
  12. Very true. Opinions are opinions, and both are right, just a different way of looking at things.
  13. Those correct "romsets" are going to be supported in the near future, but not yet, because of the 3-year-rule of emulation. If you have to play these games now, you HAVE to modify the existing emulators to get them working. Once a few years have passed, I'm 100% sure that those "correct" sets + their clones, hacks, and whatnot will be fully supported. To me, there is no such thing as a non-correct romset, unless someone intentionally distributes bad romsets that wouldn't work properly on any emulator (yes, I've seen those as well, but they aren't so common as you make it sound).
  14. 1.) No, you can't make NeoRAGEx run in a window. 2.) NeoRAGEx doesn't have a cheat database. The only way to use cheats in NeoRAGEx is to get the Universe BIOS, and even then there are problems, which are: Universe BIOS only works in the official versions of NeoRAGEx or versions which have simple gamelist hacks. However, these versions do not support SvC fully. While SvC works in the EGCG NeoRAGEx builds, the Universe BIOS does not work with these builds for some unknown reason (nor do I know why the EGCG Team haven't fixed this issue.) 3. You can't activate them in NeoRAGEx unless you patch the P1, which makes them appear. I have added the P1 patch to enable/disable the bosses in SvC. Note: The secret characters/bosses only appear in Arcade Mode, not Console Mode, IIRC. svcboss.zip
  15. I still haven't awtch any of Bleach, although I haveall the 33 episodes so far. I know it's fun and good, but try not to spoil too many things. btw, Shingetsutan Tsukihime is awesome. (Yay for Arcueid)
  16. Do you own a PS2 or are you just wishing that the DMC series would come to the PC some day?
  17. Everything that Star Wars related from Lucasart after Ep. 1 are crap. Well, i still like the Jedi Knight series And Battlefront is awesome in some area especially Battle of Hoth. Exactly. That's why I said "excluding a few gems".
  18. Our government is doing a good job. Although they have shut down some torrent sites, they still do not show such blatant witch-hunt mentality as the MPAA and the RIAA.
  19. omg liek hi. Nice to see you raise your head once in a blue moon.
  20. It's got boobs and sex. That's all I know. You do the math.
  21. Hell, I can get anyone's home address and phone number just by sending an SMS message with a random name to a certain number. I can do the same thing from the internet. I still wouldn't call it "big brother is watching", rather "The information highway".
  22. With Phantasy Star Online and a broadband adapter. Don't ask me how to do that in practice.
  23. NeoRAGEx plays most games outthere, but needs an "altered" altered P1 rom to go around the protections in newer games. Kawaks and Nebula Loader work the same way, but at the same time, they have support for encrypted sets as well. And I don't see what's so sloppy about going around protections, as long as that makes the game playable without changing something integral in the game itself (like graphics, text, mechanics etc.). You could call it "fixing" in a sense, as there is nothing wrong with the game.
  24. I've noticed that most fully decrypted sets work in Nebula with Fix: 0 or 15 (usually just 0)
