Yes, Silent Hill 4 used the same engine as Silent Hill 3 but in an enhanced. And personaly I want to see movies made with the engine as well, totally. Without the use of bik method. PC conversion of Silent Hill? I suspect that is a game with an emulator in it. CVGS + Silent Hill PSX game = PC conversion of Silent Hill

The only one that scared me out is Silent Hill 3 where you are in Haunted House or something. There is a hanged guy that appears in front of you. (I don't know if that is correct BTW. )
