It really depends on gamers like us on how we rate the game. Personally I like Silent Hill 3 a lot in this series. How to get Katana in Silent Hill? I don't know but I'm pretty sure you have to finish the game in Hard mode and replay it again until you reach a house behind the dog house. There is a door that supposed to be unopened is unlock.
