im working from memory here... but i think you press ~ to raise the console, then you type map_e3_01 or whatever the map name is. if you look in the game data folder, you should be able to find out those map names.

that particular newsgroup is really good about filling the requests posted to the groups. most other groups will just ignore all requests that arent made through IRC.

i can tell you why. i dont own a ps2. i own an xbox. if playmore would release some games for the xbox id buy them in a heartbeat. but as it stands, im not willing to spend at least 100 dollars on a neogeo, or several hundred dollars for an mvs. and THEN spend upwards of 500 dollars for a single cartridge. if they want people to stop emulating, they should diversify.

I know this sounds retarded, but I'd like to test a Virtual Boy i rented a virtual boy a couple times when it was first released... they are actually really cool if you dont play it in long stretches. oh, the headaches it gave me... edit: and the VB emulator sucks. it cant replicate the 3d effects.
