FBA (Windows versions) doesnt directly support the decrypted sets (the code is in the source but you have to uncomment and recompile them). the binaries distributed on the FBA site doesnt support decrypted sets, hence the reason why FBAX wants to match functionality with FBA. the way i see it, the emu is as Neogeo perfect as it can, you just have to see it from their perspective to fully understand why these are happening. thats because the official FBA forums limits their support to their own version (just imagine how many countless compiles they would have to support if they do). it has nothing to do with the license, it just means that if you want tech support for some custom compile then refer to their respective authors. FBAX isnt TeamFBAs work so that counts as a custom compile like Neoghosts. FBAX has its own forum, ask there if necessary.
