  1. James has one as far as i know, but im not sure if he distributes it on the web.
  2. Arcadeathome forums Romshare forums FBA forums Something Awful Planetquake Quakesrc The Action Messageboards and downloading old PC warez, which takes up my time for now. used to visit VG-Network too, but im looking for a no pop-up replacement since the ads @VGN tries to install some stupid spyware (Netpal Games)
  3. haha...forum zombie. team up with the broom haired guy
  4. I'll have to look into that. PS: SGOrange is now the default skin. Default is the old one. thanks and by the way, while were at it can i request more themes? i mean, i dont want those "Snowy/Foggy/Greeny/Psychedelic Color" themes, just simple colors like Black/Blue/whatever that is simple to the eye.
  5. hmmm..never imagined that, though i only saw that in cthd2003. fairly neat but gets tiring. any others?
  6. maybe its your eyes or you can change the board skin to "SGOrange" (dont be misled by the name, it isnt all-orange as one may expect). makes thing a little more readable than usual (as the "cool" colors are reduced). the Default forum skin makes it kind of more readable but it doesnt show you the latest replied threads on the forum frontpage.
  7. hes probably playing with the prototype. ive been looking for a patch like this back when i was using NRX. to my dismay, i cant find one. i just decided to suck it up and download the encrypted ROM (good thing FBA had its first release with Neogeo back then), and what a nice decision that was. other than being "bugless", the gameplay is generally tweaked - the aspect which i think made the game live up to its name.
  8. hmm i dont know, selling bodies seems to be profitable that it is hoarded. it is rather sick, but we all know nothing gets in the way of $$$
  9. its down, up+P. you dont even need to charge it. i want to hear the other improvements, what are they?
  10. i havent read a lot of his posts but i cant remember anything where he sounded like an ass so....
  11. and Rising Tackle IS on KOF2k2 natively. i wonder what he mean when he said the move was "brought back"?
  12. hmm... authors choice, i see oh well, since there only are 2 games to go decrypted i guess that still isnt that bad at all.
  13. maybe this will make you believe
  14. FBA (Windows versions) doesnt directly support the decrypted sets (the code is in the source but you have to uncomment and recompile them). the binaries distributed on the FBA site doesnt support decrypted sets, hence the reason why FBAX wants to match functionality with FBA. the way i see it, the emu is as Neogeo perfect as it can, you just have to see it from their perspective to fully understand why these are happening. thats because the official FBA forums limits their support to their own version (just imagine how many countless compiles they would have to support if they do). it has nothing to do with the license, it just means that if you want tech support for some custom compile then refer to their respective authors. FBAX isnt TeamFBAs work so that counts as a custom compile like Neoghosts. FBAX has its own forum, ask there if necessary.
  15. FBA is open-sourced. theres no such thing as a hacked FBA version. and no, more than likely it uses the same ROMset as MAME does.
  16. yeah, muting the sound did seem to make it alot more believeable
  17. why keep your sig to BMP? i know it lossless but why not just convert them to another image format so it would conserve bandwidth? ive converted your smaller sig to the following formats and their size: PNG - 71kb JPG - 73kb TGA - 220kb TGA has the worst size of them all but still significantly smaller than your sig in BMP. i doubt the differences between them will be noticeable too.
  18. or he himself actually isnt much of a friend that his "pal" wont let him "touch" his PC AHAHAHAHAHA!!! ridiculous. i guess you need to go "Solid Snake" just to get a snapshot of your friends emu in action?
  19. Oh man, you better get on the ball man. Those things are selling like hot cakes. In a few years you'll need to get atleast SVGA for all the next-gen emulators. I mean, you'll get like 30 fps tops on that 256k card and that's just unplayable. It's a good investment, just think about it. well bummah! its not like SF3 is Neogeo in the first place though i admit that wont warrant us to make this thread this.......good
  20. thats alright people, we always believed cows do fly anyways, hows this one any different? oh, and Grpyh, my EGA card doesnt seem to like this emu, i probably to need upgrade to a 256kb RAM vid card
  21. FBA forums just limits their support for FBA alone just like how MAME does to other public MAME compiles (MAME32p, MAME32K, NeoMAME, etc.), seems justified anyway. FBAX has its own forum, better ask there if needed instead of the FBA forums.
  22. wow man, now that it runs perfectly on 233Mhz, im so excited on this emu that i wish he stop whoreding this whats the vid card requirement again? SVGA? little steep huh? i guess its time for an upgrade
  23. optimize the code to make a 233 Mhz handle the speed perfectly and ill be with you FBA is a C++ program. his friend may be mistaking CPS-2 SF games for CPS-3
  24. sorry to bring this back up but... its back no clue about the ROMs though.
