  1. Shiba: You need a DVD player that can handle DivX and XviD movies. Hell, the one I bought two days ago (The Phillips DVP-462 DVD player) runs for $69.99 on Amazon.com (I got it for the same price at CompUSA). However, I had a lot of trouble finding it, as a lot of stores around here mysteriously don't carry Phillips products. Here's a link: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detai...ronics&n=507846 It plays everything I've put in it so far, including my Family Guy crap. It just treats the eps like they're different chapters on a DVD. For some reason, they don't list it as XviD compatible, but I've tested it out myself.
  2. I did DVD rips of all the episodes a while back (They fit on 7 CDs, or one regular DVD). They're all encoded in XviD, and most of them are 100 megs. I did them so that CD 1 of my set matches DVD 1 of the box set, and so on. Shiba, maybe we can do business. Also, I'd like to add that I'm actually sitting on an already burned set of CDs as I type this. I was going to sell them to somebody, but that fell through.
  3. Didn't see that. I've been up too long.
  4. What are you using to burn it with? I use Alcohol 120%.
  5. I found it through Guilty Parties, when I was fishing for a general warez connection after my time as part of a small movie ripping/distro group (I was a distro, and wanted to get into ripping for them) ended on IRC. I was directed to where I needed to go by "certain people," who then asked if I liked boards and directed me here, so I'd have an alternative place to post. Dynamo: The RIAA would have nothing to do with us, because they represent the music industry. The ESA is the closest thing we've got to an RIAA equivalent.
  6. I doubt I'll be around for it, given the dynamic nature of my schedule. Oh well, I'll get to download the broadcast afterwards. Any word on how long it will be?
  7. Don't use Nero. Nero disc images of PSX games cause some people problems, as I learned the hard way. Instead, get Alcohol 120%. It's much better for this kind of work, anyway.
  8. I can't believe you guys act like you download camcorded copies on a regular basis. You're all disgraces to the movie piracy scene. Besides, most of that camcorded crap has to be tweaked (Whether by shaving the credits off the end of actually degrading the quality of the audio or video) with a prog like VirtualDub before it will even fit on a CD-R (I had to do that with The Passion of Christ, since I heard that there wouldn't be a DVD release). DVD rips = those high-quality DivX and XviD movies you see floating around. Those are done right, and are always.avis. Sometimes, you'll fine.mpgs, and while they're not DivX or XviD, they're probably better quality, although 1.4 gigs total (Two files, 700 megs each). I'd never touch a DVD ISO, although there are some weird flockers out there who just love them. And I haven't seen the movie yet, just so that this reply has some relevance to the topic at hand.
  9. I don't get headaches often, and when I do, I usually just sleep them off in favor of actually taking anything. However, my dad takes Goody powders to get rid of his headaches.
  10. That reminds me of the USB adapters for N64 and PSX controllers. I can honestly say that I only played the Saturn at Toys R Us when it first came out, and that Sonic R didn't seem all that fun. So, I'm kind of an outsider when it comes to this thread.
  11. I own one of those old-ass Nokias that everyone on the planet had a few years ago but was quickly kicked to the curb by smaller, better phones. I almost never receive calls. Instead, I'll get an annoyed voice message and have to call the person back, explaining that my phone is a piece of crap. I lost it in the middle of the projects one morning and got it back later that day. Some guy was walking to work and found it on the ground. It was pretty crazy, because I just assumed that some crack dealer or pimp would have found it and started using it for business transactions.
  12. IMDB says that it's "in production." Here, see for yourself: http://imdb.com/title/tt0293564/ I don't see why it won't come out... they gotta continue they're adventure, like Michael Jackson says at the end of RH 2, Don't stop til you get enough Did I say that it wasn't coming out? No. I was just saying that according to IMDB, the film was in production.
  13. I only used it for BAMF's pie tracker, but then that stopped working for me. I tried using it for the GBA romset, but got pissed off over that when all the downloads quit working for me. I tried portforwarding, which didn't work, so I decided that it's probably for the best.
  14. I think I saw the cops get in a few cheap shots on the guy after they piled on top of him.

  16. Well, I don't know about any of these really new movies. I'm talking about like Rumble in The Bronx and stuff they showed on TBS all the time in the late 90's.
  17. What??!?!? JC own so much money already and he still let his parents work???? What a filial son! Hey, I hear plenty of retired people talking about working just so they have something to do. Example: There's a local guy who was a UPS man for 27 years. He now goes with an ex-longhair to storage lots that are up for auction, buys the contents, and makes an insane profit. He's only 47 or so, but still, he is retired. And that movie looks pretty retarded. I like some of Jackie Chan's newer stuff, but then again, I haven't really seen any of his HK stuff.
  18. Fatal: I just happened to save everything in that directory. It's 3.20 megs unzipped, with all the pics included. I just zipped it and it came out to 1.57 megs. Find me on DC (In ERH) and download it off me. If you can't, just ask for a slot and set it to Force Connection.
