New Samurai Shodown game coming to mvs?

- SNK Playmore will release a new version of Samurai Spirits Zero in arcade this spring, called Samurai Spirits Zero Special. The game will have 5 new playable characters: Amakusa Shiro (final boss in Samurai Spirits), Zankuro (final boss of Samurai Spirits 3), and Yumeji, Sankuro & Gaoh (the three bosses in Samurai Spirits Zero). The game also balanced out the strength of each character, so no character is too strong against another one.

It's unclear what format this will be on, rumours suggest it could be ported to the Atomiswave hardware, though i suspect that is false.

 

The reason the PS2 version was pushed back until June could be that it will be this arranged version.

Not really. Since they're adding 2 characters from the past SS and making the 3 bosses playable. Also, if you've played it with bios, it crashes when you play with them in Story/Single Player Mode.
