Trixx_07 Posted December 24, 2008 Posted December 24, 2008 Id love to just throw these shitboxes threw a wall. "Red Light Of Death" Just came on my xbox. Thank god it is covered but not the point you would figure since i bought mine like 3years after it came out you would figure a bunch of over paid geeks could fix this problem.
Trixx_07 Posted January 6, 2009 Author Posted January 6, 2009 i think it was like 72 or something i checked all the wires and everything its toast there morons and motherboard is fried because they over pay morons who cant make decent smart designs. and now iv been fighting with them for this damn box there sending me to replace my xbox seems they cant do nothing right.
Tynvar Posted January 6, 2009 Posted January 6, 2009 That's why I don't have an xbox360. I would have to ship it to the US to get it fixed. FAIL.
fumanchu Posted January 6, 2009 Posted January 6, 2009 Come to the darkside  my nephews ps3 got the yellow light of death just last week ended up getting a refurb.dont bother going to the darkside it aint any better.
Devia Eleven Posted January 6, 2009 Posted January 6, 2009 The XBOX 360's library makes up for it's hardware failures.
Robert Posted January 6, 2009 Posted January 6, 2009 When it's failed, the library isn't going to get it working again.
Devia Eleven Posted January 6, 2009 Posted January 6, 2009 When it's failed, the library isn't going to get it working again. That's true, but it isn't like a problem cannot be fixed.  It's best to use good ways to prevent it from failing.
Trixx_07 Posted January 13, 2009 Author Posted January 13, 2009 well i dont see why they know they have had this issue since they came out and still havent found a solution.
ken_cinder Posted January 13, 2009 Posted January 13, 2009 They have, you just don't own the solution. They can't permanently fix bad design on existing hardware.
Trixx_07 Posted January 13, 2009 Author Posted January 13, 2009 They have, you just don't own the solution. They can't permanently fix bad design on existing hardware. They should atleast give the people who bought over the basic coverage a decent system in return instead of making everyone send back multiple systems. one of my friends has already gone through 4 consoles.

bgmegaman1 Posted January 14, 2009 Posted January 14, 2009 Its gonna take two and a half weeks to get it back from the day you ship it out. If its flashed, its a good chance you voided the warranty and they are gonna send you back the same broken 360. It will save you a head ache if you just go on craigslist and find someone that fixes thr RROD. It should cost 40 bucks and it only takes 20 minutes.
Inky Posted January 14, 2009 Posted January 14, 2009 you say it is modded so pull your face plate off, if there isn't a seal or if it has been broken don't even bother sending it back. they won't fix it if the little silver seal sticker is tampered with.
