garyoak99 Posted January 9, 2006 Posted January 9, 2006 I've read that the way the camera focusses in on both the chain-sawed off fingers and the stump of a hand left on the victim makes this movie a prime candidate for the NC-17 rating. Apparently, the MPAA disagrees; what do you think?
taratata Posted January 9, 2006 Posted January 9, 2006 I think that's free advertisement for the movie.
Lucandrake Posted January 9, 2006 Posted January 9, 2006 I'm going to watch it this weekend, before it ends up like gta:sa.
garyoak99 Posted January 9, 2006 Author Posted January 9, 2006 I'm going to watch it this weekend, before it ends up like gta:sa.<{POST_SNAPBACK}> How can a movie end up like a video game?

That's what happened to GTA:SA with the hot coffee mod

If your not being sarcastic, then, hot coffee mod was a mod released for GTA:SA a while back, it made it possible for you to play a game that was never deleted (but not usable and it's a mini-game) inside gta:sa were you picked up a girl and actually got to have sex with her (at least the basic idea). When it was wide-spread over the internet rockstar got a law-suit, the original GTA:sa got re-rated to A(for adult),but then re-made without the data which is the rated-m version which is the one you get if you buy gta-sa now. If you are being sarcastic then I hate you.
i l l m a t i c Posted January 9, 2006 Posted January 9, 2006 I saw the movie this weekend, i wanted to see Munich, but it was sold out, so I watched it instead. The movie was alright, but its prolly the best horror movie i've seen in awhile...it had its funny/scary parts...i've give it a 7 out 10...
ken_cinder Posted January 9, 2006 Posted January 9, 2006 Theres too many damn ratings available to movies in the US. More than I can count. Here's theres like G (Everyone), PG, 14A, 18A and R (Oh and of course Adult Only, which also encompasses X rated movies).

And of course my favorite, X. But I'm not really interested in this movie. The trailer didn't really appeal to me. I saw Munich instead which was great.
Shibathedog Posted January 10, 2006 Posted January 10, 2006 They dont use X anymore officially, companies just write that onthings because its better known NC-17 replaced X
