It doesn't kill it's victims then zombifies them but does put them in somewhat of a zombie state. It also more than likely ups the victim's endurance and makes them loyal subjects. The graphics are damn good, and the playability control is good too. Head shots take pratice but not impossible. The game is a little bit more action that the pervious "almost rpg" style.
