I use Norton Ghost 7.5 for all that stuff. It seems easy to me but I've never used anything else. It's probably not free either since I sort of borrowed it from work.

Yes, Kawaks doesn't have the decryption routines that are needed for kof2003. Even if it did, your dat wouldn't work because you haven't attempted to call up any decryption. Use the set that was specified in the dat when you first got the loader. In case you lost it here it is: It's some neoragex set.

Looks interesting. Perhaps someone could get the good bits from 1.5 and add them to a custom 1.0 Then you'd have an open bios without the bugs and with the newer features.
