I've never used a save state. How n00bish is that! From what I can see, the save state gets unzipped and put into the "sta" folder. You will probably have to create the "sta" folder.

I've never known how this passkey/passme or whatever worked or how to use it. That device in the link looks like you just push the black thing into the side of the usb stick, copy whatever onto the usb stick and it goes into the black thing, then take the black thing out and plug into the DS. If that's it, sounds pretty easy to me.
