A zip file is just a bunch of files compressed into a single larger one. You need to extract those files into a folder. If you're using XP, just double-click the zip file and it will show what's inside. Then choose File, Extract All and follow the wizard. If you're not using XP, install Winzip, and then double-click the zip file, then click on Extract and tell it where to extract to.
