  2. Mooney it's about time you got MAME it's the King of Emulators! When you download a rom, they come in zip files, just put those files straight into your ROMS folder. That includes the bios zips. All the other things are optional. Also your hiscore.dat is a waste of time because it's no longer supported. Don't worry about code snippets, that's just programming stuff.
  3. Thanks for the news!

  12. I've downloaded it and wondered why it's 15 megs, turns out to have a bunch of roms with it! I'll try it out later and see if it lives up to its claims. Don't ask where to get it, don't send me a PM either. There's more than enough clues in the first post.
  13. Arcade emulator Despite the "official" title, this is undoubtably a hacked emulator. Here is the announcement, converted from Chinese: As it's hacked there is no link although anyone with at least half a brain can work it out Thanks to e-lation for the news!
  14. SamCoupe emulator for the PSP >> Get it HERE.
  15. The site has been fixed, although I notice almost all of the emulation64 user emulator sites are no longer working.
  16. Oh, and the reason you are dead is because you suicided on someboddy! Surely you remember that?? It would have gone something like this: emuedict attacked someboddy with a 8mm pistol (9 str) and took off 1. someboddy counterattacks with a Pimp Slap and kills you! Well done getting yourself killed!
  17. emuedict, welcome to 1emulation. To answer all your questions about the attack system, read this: http://www.1emulation.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=17635, and then go kill someone. It's not hard to learn. It's why I've made nearly 4000 posts here, and only 4 at ngemu. Because I enjoy fragging the helpless.
  18. I accepted your offer and edited your post!
  19. Source: http://www.mameworld.net/vlinde/ Some impressive shots there!
  20. NTUSER.DAT is the "Current User" part of the registry, deleting it will blow away your settings, and windows will make a new, default one. At least it's not a fatal error. Unlike some noob at work, he thought he would do a cleanup of his laptop's C drive, and deleted "ntldr" which is in the root. Unknown to him, that file is required when booting! No surprise to receive a panicky phone call at the helpdesk!
  21. Arcade emulator using Java. >> Get the dat HERE.
  22. BT client >> Get it HERE.
  23. A horny chick.
  24. Have you managed to blow up your computer through a stupid mistake? I did it just once and hopefully never again. There was this ancient Kaypro II business computer running CP/M and with a Z80 processor and a whopping 64k of ram, 2 x 5 1/4" floppies and no hard drive. It worked fine - except that sometimes the floppies would suddenly stop reading, the disks would just spin endlessly. After about 2 years of this, I decided to see if I could fix it. The cause was quite simple - the plugs where the floppy drives got their power had loose pins and sometimes the connection would be lost. Ok, so I cleaned and tightened up the pins, and did a really nice job. Put it all together, turned it on - and some smoke escaped from a couple of chips. Oh noes! One of the plugs had been plugged back in but out of position by one pin! Well, most of the chips are ordinary common ones, can't be too hard to fix. And I was right - only 2 chips were killed. Unfortunately, one of them was the Z80SIO chip which drives the keyboard. This chip was completely unavailable even back then. Oh well, scrap one Kaypro. Now tell us your embarrasing computer blunders!
  25. My noob days started on a certain (shall remain nameless) rom site's forum, and i had to ask what "lol" and "rofl" meant. I discovered 1emu after i'd gotten sick of being killed all the time at a@h (their fas sucks), and somebody mentioned 1emu, so over I came, and joined just 3 days after the attack system was created. What timing!
