On August, 30th 2006, our server that runs both 1Emulation.com and several other websites was hacked and a rootkit was installed. That means the person had access for over 30 days (1 whole month). We also have no logs to see what exactly was done. On 30th September, the SQL database was rendered unstable and crashed. It took 3 days to install the OS from scratch, and restore 1emulation and the other sites. We're happy to report that no data was lost or changed. Therefore, 1emulation is back in business and we will continue to provide the best news, the best help, and the best attack system!

I decided to try it, running the SAGE emulator. It worked, but not at full speed.

Like it says. I want to get some oldie dos emus and games running on my XP box, will DOSBOX fix the sound issues? Any other advice?

Not sure on that. None of them wants to say they can, in case they attract unwanted attention. I think you'll just have to try it, there's certainly no shortage of roms. The emulators most likely to have a chance of working are: GoodNDS DeSmuME (offshoot) DeSmuME (original) iDeaS Dualis Let us know what you find!
