I'm with Inky. And I'm already sick of all the radio stations over here playing nothing but Michael Jackson songs. There’ve already been hundreds of jokes forwarded on people's mobile phones over here, ones a lot more tasteless than that CSI Miami one. You'll find that most people here would rather crack jokes than show any kind of sympathy. And with good reason. The media may well be Farewell to the ‘King of Pop' but the people on the street here are mostly Good riddance or So what? Farrah Fawcett has my sympathy, she deserves it. Michael Jackson does not. When Patrick Swayze finally goes, he will get my sympathy. Good people get it. Bad people don't.

Was just reporting everything I found with the last release. I know the PGM games aren't emulated properly on mame yet, but they do seem to fare better in mameui on pc than they do in fba on xbox so I threw them in. I mentioned the CPS2 black screen bug in case it was thought to be a HD only bug. Rotary joystick function would be nice, but I could live without it as it's just two games I have that use it. Has Biomechanical Toy been made to work properly? I quite like that game. I could post a screenshot to show what I mean by serious visual errors if needed.

What's the pixel size for 1080i? Edit: Nevermind, it's 1920x1080. I was just thinking, if you took the HD version of my Legends skin, all you'd have to do is resize the background pics to that size. The aspect ratio is the same.

Those are curse words? Lol I always used them to mock curse words :/. They are indeed. There are others too that americans don't use. Overall censorship on swear words is higher in America. Even gestures get censored on American shows. I remember seeing a Letterman once where he kept flipping the bird to the camera on purpose, so you kept seeing his hand all blurred out. ITV4 used to show Letterman over here a day after they aired in America but they stopped. I miss seeing Letterman.

You're right, it's exactly like that. Weird. The most confounding evidence that it's fake though is that the brother says 'Did you fucking see that?' at the end. He wasn't in the room, so how would he know what his brother was doing in order to warrant saying that? You wouldn't say 'Did you see that?' about something unless you saw it yourself, or, knew what was going to happen.

Like mine you mean? Yeah it's good to have a separate pic for the all menu setting, but not necessary. Although the file doesn't need to be called backgrounda.png, that's just what I called it on mine. The picture files can be called anything. The default skin's xml file uses backgroundo.png, which is the other's section background shot. I just changed it on mine to use a separate pic, which I called backgrounda. Could have called it backgroundbumflaps.png, so long as the xml points to the correct file.

I read that thread, the guy was arguing with everyone who said it can't be emulated on the xbox, saying he had a version that worked perfectly, but he really meant the Beats of Rage mod. It wasn't the mod's author.

I was playing Final Fantasy on xboyadvacne just before the board went down, then I got Fable for the first time and that took over, but I had a week and a half away from home so have been without my xbox for a while. Now I'm back I haven't had chance to play on it coz of work.

Just after the site went down I did some testing for FBA too, but not in HD, so the following are all bugs that happen in standard definition and probably also in HD too. Firstly, if the first game launched is CPS2 the screen will be black but game audio will play. You must exit and launch again to fix the problem. This was mentioned before as a HD bug, but it isn’t, it happens all the time with the last build that was released. It didn't happen with the release before it. I’ve split the rest into categories: The following happen 100% of the time: Biomechanical Toy has serious visual errors. (biomtoy.zip) Hotdog Storm freezes after pressing start at the main menu. (hotdogst.zip) Legend of Silkroad has black diagonal lines across the screen. (silkroad.zip) Real Bout Fatal Fury freezes when entering in-game menu. (rbff1.zip) Shadow Force freezes at launching game message. (shadfrce.zip) Strikers 1945 freezes when entering the in-game menu. (s1945.zip) The following are sound related and happen 100% of the time: Best of Best has no sound effects in-game but music plays. (bestbest.zip) Knights of Valour has poor sound emulation in places. (kov.zip) Oriental Legend has poor sound emulation. (orlegend.zip) Power Instinct 2 has completely fucked up sound. (pwinst2.zip) The following have happened at least once but do not happen 100% of the time: Battle K Road freezes when changing a dip switch in the in-game menu. (btlkroad.zip) ESP Ra.de freezes on returning to the game after entering in-game menu. (esprade.zip) ESP Ra.de freezes aster selecting a character. (esprade.zip) Far East of Eden freezes when entering in-game menu. (kabukikl.zip) KOF 95 freezes on returning to the game after entering in-game menu. (kof95.zip) Metamoqester freezes on returning to the game after entering in-game menu. (metmqstr.zip) Out Zone shows only a green screen, then a purple one, then black. Must restart FBA and launch again to fix. (samsho5.zip) SVC Chaos has fucked up sound. Must restart FBA and launch again to fix. (svc.zip) Misc: Forgotten Worlds need rotary joystick function. (forgotten.zip) SAR - Search and Rescue needs rotary joystick function. (searcher.zip) These two aren't bugs, but could do with sorting someow. For SAR there is a setting in the game’s dip switches that allows the game to be played with a single joystick but this hinders you as you can not sidestep. For the freezes that occur when entering or exiting the in game menu, it's possible that they are memory related, as it seems to be the memory hungry games where this occurs.

I too would love to see this on xbox, but it isn't even properly emulated on PC MAME yet. It's one of the many 'the video/audio emuation isn't 100% accurate' ones. While that usually doesn't mean much it does on this coz the sound stutters.
