The Westborough Baptist church are against civil partnerships too. They're against any union or sexual act that isn't between a man and a woman who are married. They don't specify what sexual acts are acceptable between said married man and woman though. One of them says that anyone who 'worships the rectum' is going to hell, refering to gay men. But it makes me wonder. What if a straight, white, god fearing married couple, just happen to like endulging in afternoon anal in their sex swing? Will they go to hell?

I remember playing a VR game back in the 90s. It was in the Trocadero Centre in London, which later became Segaworld. The game had you wear a big ass helmet, in this seat with a joystick. In the game you were like a rotating gun platform shooting stuff that came flying at you. It was perfect in principle. You saw the in game world through your eyes, you move your head left, the game world pans left. You used the joytick to aim and shoot. The only thing it didn't have going for it was the graphics. It was really simplistic 3d polygons. But that's what 3d graphics were like back then. People didn't complain at Virtua Racer's crap graphics. They were like, wow, it's 3d. Wooo. I think the only reason VR games like the one I played didn't take off is coz of the whacking great big helmets you had to wear. It's a shame coz VR technology has been around for decades, it just hasn't had the money pumped into it to make it mainstream.

It's the EVGA nforce 780i SLI board. It's been a while since I've looked inside my pc, and seeing this pic I've remembered what the problem really is: The fan clips on to the heatsink, which is a big diagonal chunck of metal over the northbridge. The fan clips on and off easy, but when you take it off you've still got a heatsink over the northbridge, which is in the way of fitting a normal replacement fan. I can't take the heatsink off coz it stretches over the whole board, and of course is probably the only thing really that stops it from setting on fire. Looking at the heatsink from the back I think it really is one that's designed to have air blown through it. So it needs a fan, and replacing it would require some creativity. Like maybe putting a quieter fan into the special plastic housing of the stock one. Like, some kind of fan surgery. I don't know.

He has a point, it was first shown live on CNN, so couldn't have been edited. Unless you believe CNN to be the orchestrator of a hoax, then you could say that the live feed wasn't actually live and the video had been created beforehand. Or you could say that it was live, but the shadow was set up to happen live somehow, with mirrors or something. My guess is it's just a reflection of someone walking somewhere off screen that happened to be caught by the live feed cameras.

No, that's the reason the Westborough Baptist Church picket soldier's funerals. The Pastor's daughter said so in the Louis Theroux documentary. She said that the soldiers fight for a 'fag enabling governement' and as such their families should be told that their lost sons are going to hell. The Patriot Guard Riders attend funerals in support. Anyone else who protests funerals probably do it for political reasons like anti war etc. Which makes sense, unlike the Westborough Baptist Church.

It's a self contained liquid cooler for just the cpu, not a loop I can add anything to. I had the pc built by Cyberpower last year, and I did complain about the noise, but coz it's overclocked I was told that it needs good active cooling or else it'll burn up. I've already got all the fans set as low as I dare put them. The noisiest of them is the northbridge fan, it's a really little one, 40mm or something, and even at it's lowest speed it makes a racket. But it's part of the evga motherboard. I can't replace it coz of the way it's made. It's got a funny diagonal housing that clips on over the northbridge. There seems to be no easy way to mount anything else over it instead, no screw holes or anything handy like that. I could easily just remove it, but I've been told that's a very bad idea coz that particular board runs extremely hot. Great overclocking speeds apparantly, but lots of heat. To make things quiet in there I'd have to seriously rethink things, and spend money I don't have on different components. Quieter 120mm fans is easy. I'll do that one day. As for the graphics cards, I might wait and upgrade to a better single card with passive cooling. As it is, there's no room to add aftermarket coolers to the two of them, there's a soundcard in the way of one, and a modem in the way of the other. Having two for SLI doubles the heat so getting a single would help and there'd be room them for a good passive cooler. I've seen fanless graphics cards, but they are few and far between. For the northbridge, unless I get help I don't see myself mounting any other cooler on it. It may well need to be a new motherboard. There are ones by ASUS these days that are completely passively cooled, covered in heat sinks. We'll see. It's all money, and money I don't have right now.

I wouldn't mind so much if the church were actually anti war protestors. At least it would make sense picketing soldier's funerals. It wouldn't be nice but it would make sense. But they're primarily anti gay protestors. Their reasoning for picking on the soldier's funerals is coz they fight for a country which accepts gays. It's not the military's fault that people are gay. Their choice of protest location is just stupid. If you hate gays, go protest outside a gay bar. They won't do that of course coz there'd be more gay guys at the bar than there are of them, and they'd get their asses kicked.
