  1. Yes, you need a mod-chip to play emulators on the PS2. If you get one of the mod-chips that has the ability to be turned off it shouldn't affect any of the anti-mod games.
  2. I feel the same way. I just don't have the $$ to pay to fix/buy a new mobo&cpu if mine were to get fried.
  3. Super Mario 64 I liked goldeneye, mario tennis, and super smash bros (the only game I have anymore for my n64)
  4. Just so you know, the reason groups like echelon and kalisto never released bin/cue selfboots (diskjugger instead) is that the bin/cue format can't handle the funky layout of selfboot cds. If you find a bin/cue dreamcast iso, you can be assured that it is not self booting.
  5. You could always whore yourself to get the cash
  6. There's also the option (if you have a slower pc) to use a custom compile of FBA (Final Burn Alpha).
  7. It depends on what I've got in my fridge Usually it's Juice boxes and pizza...
  8. Depends on where I am... If I'm at my GF's house, it's 56k, at my parent's place, it's Cable, at my sister's place DSL, or at the University Super-fast, but heavily firewalled, lan. (My campus also offers 56k & dialup connections)
  9. Well, tv tuner cards are fairly cheap and can produce some pretty good results. Mine has a regular cable input (the screw on ones), and S video input, and a composite video input. Anyway, on to your question, InterVideo WinDVR is a pretty good solution; it has the ability to record in SVCD, VCD, and DVD formats (PAL,NTSC,Film) If you're looking for something free, you can use virtual dub, Media Player classic, or a variety of other free tools...
  10. also do a scan with adaware (http://www.lavasoft.de) and/or spybot search and destroy
  11. lmao. Dos emus on the pc are damn slow, they'd be super slow on the dc. I'd like to see a full-speed genesis (not segagen) and snes emulator.
  12. A backup gc game will not work in a gc unless you swap it with the same game (boot real game, swap in backup of that same game)
  13. You're probably better off with 2k anyway It's like XP, but without the bloat.
  14. I voted "Stay as Friends" There's too many people involved (her guy and kids) that will get hurt. BTW, I was in this situation once, I liked this girl who had a boyfriend and she broke up with him to go out with me. It went pretty well for a while, then she got tired of me (like she did with her old boyfriend) and it was over. The moral of the story is that if a chick will do that [cheat/break up with a guy for you], she is probably someone you don't want to have a long-term relationship with.
  15. 5ft10in @ 235lbs, a little tubby, but a lot of beer will do that to ya
  16. Don't suppose anyone noticed the shipping and handling? $40
  17. boot into safe mode and delete it from there.
  18. Lmao. It's easy to make a screenshot of the title screen of a cps3 game. if you open a disk image, there's a file in there that is actually a bitmap image (renamed). I posted a fake fba shot a few months back running Warzard
  19. it is an april fools day joke If you look at www.zophar.net, there's a "next" button at the bottom. If you click it, it will take you here: http://www.zophar.net/index2.phtml
  20. Xbox isn't fast enough to run a saturn emulator It's barely fast enough to run a jag one
  21. No. It won't work without a modchip. As for loading cds and dvds, I couldn't say. Most likely it loads cds faster (easier for the laser to read).
  22. It's a vertical scrolling shooter, a lot like Ikaruga. The shots I've seen of it are fantastic.
  23. I can't wait for this game to start leaking out to the general public
  24. Tigers aren't exactly the biggest in the cat (feline) family Ligers are.
  25. I agree. I'd love to see some Neocd only titles ported to MVS. Ironclad and SS-RPG especially.
