nah, don't trust him... he will ask you to make a BRIEF(?) phone call overseas.. i don't know how much it will cost in US dollars but in NZ, it is about $2.99 a min I don't think he is legit... ( hey wait... this is my 100th post!)

I had that problem with Samurai shodown 5... It just means that something is wrong with one of your rom files.... you might want to download the fix or try another garou.zip....
