You should definitely leave torrents open once you've finished downloading it as you seed it to other users. At least leave it open long enough so that the UL/DL ratio is 100% or more. If you always close torrents once their done, the torrents die quicker since people don't get the full file anymore. Remember, more seeders = better.

There is only one set of C roms out there, AFAIK. I could be wrong though. CRCs always change if you tamper with files, and most of the time you won't get the CRCs you want unless you hack the contents of the file.

One P rom isn't missing since the P1 already contains the data for the P2. The only thing that is really missing is the decrypted M1.
