Well, even DSL connections come in different flavors... You just happen to have one that only grants you 319kbit/s. If you want my opinion, it's a tad slow. You should get 512kbit/s minimum.

Yeah, it's damn hard and shows no marcy. Games that offer a good challenge are more rewarding than too easy ones.

I think your primary harddrive needs to be set as Master and the Second as Slave. You could also go check out your BIOS settings and see if there's an entry for Boot Order.

Explorer.exe is the Windows shell, and is is always running. Iexplore.exe would be Internet Explorer. The way i've understood it, the Temporary Internet Files folder is only used by IE, not Firefox (I'm not sure though). Firefox keeps it's own stuff under Documents and Setting/Something/Someting. You can force Firefox to put all downloads into a folder of your choice, or alternatively (like it is by default), Firefox always asks you where you'd like to save the file.

Internet connection speeds are measured in kilobits per second. Download windows show the speed in kilobytes per second. There's a difference. To get the theoretical max download speed in kilobytes, divide the kilobits by 8. For example, my connection is 1Mbit/s, so my theoretical max speed is 1000kbits/s / 8 = 125 kB/s Yours is roughly 40kB/s.

The reviews on the local papers here claimed that The Grudge is very good and definitely earns it's place alongside Ring as the best horros movies ever. But whatever, it's not like those reviews reflect everybody else's opinions... but I jhaven't seen The Grudge, so I can't pass the judgment either.

That blue energy blade just looks so kickass. All in all, halo 2 will sell a ridiculous amount of copies, regardless of what the halo 2 haters say... (Same goes with half-Life 2 too, but I think it has less haters.)
