  1. Man, that sucks dude. At the moment, I'm without a DVD-ROM drive, because it was sent to the manufacturer (it was faulty). Furthermore, when I get a new one, the nice folks at the computer store are going to add more fans and check the ventilation because my computer overheats quite a bit. So, no CDs/DVDs for me for over two weeks.
  2. OMG! I could of sworn i heard of a way u could burn ps2 games w/o a mod! I cant remeber whwere though! Cuz im like super super super broke at this moment and dont feeling working extra for a mod!!!!! Of course. With a slidecard/bootdisc combo. And I think you meant "play PS2 games w/o a mod".
  3. Raaarrrgghh.. WHAT THE EVIL BUMP. Closed. In your face.
  4. It seems that Hublish.Org's site has some problems again. You should always use Active mode, unless DC++ refuses to work right with it. Try this link for an alternate Public Hubs list: http://dreamland.gotdns.org/PublicHubList.config.bz2
  5. Disabling the graphics buffer makes lifebars, scores etc. invisible in other Model2 games as well.
  6. It's not slow if you disable a certain graphics buffer. however, this contains lifebars etc. :/ It's kinda aggravating to not know when you're about to get defeated.
  7. Dead or Alive ++ not only looks better but runs better than it's Model2 counterpart.
  8. Ok then. I was just wondering.
  9. ISO is the standard extension for CD images. PAL is just the european/australian/whatever's TV standard. You downloaded the PAL version of said game and it happens to be an ISO. Yes, an ISO is only a one file, but it cn contain multiple files. ISOs aren't RAR files, regardless of the fact that WinRAR often associates itself with them and can open them.
  10. Nice work. I'm sure people will appreciate that. btw, the Author is the chinese EGCG Team if I'm not mistaken. The homepage is http://www.egcg.net, but I don't remember if it actually had the binaries for download.
  11. Alcohol is good... as long as you just burn CD/DVD images.
  12. This radio show wasn't even the first in 1Emuiation history, and it gets better every time.
  13. Hay K´, how are you doing?
  14. I don't understand why it would be improper to link to the newest NeoRAGEx, since it doesn't really add "support" for those games (since NRX supports pretty much any decrypted set you throw at it). Therefore it only adds gamelist entries for different sets + some misc tweaks, nothing more. I'd enforce linking to it, since it makes NRX better options-wise and emulation wise, not just for games themselves.
  15. You could have just left his post there and only edit out the necessary stuff you know... Now I don't even know what he wrote.
  16. I've used the SmartJoy Plus, and it's probably the best USB --> PSOne/PS2 adapter out there. Has worked with every emulator I've tried it with and supports rumble (not out of the box though, drivers needed). Thinking about getting one.
  17. Star Ocean: Till the End of Time OST Vol.1
  18. I'd be there on the double. Graveyards are fun. Seriously. I don't find them menacing at all.
  19. Members like Pupil Damage haven't been active in over a year.
  20. System Recovery as in Windows XP's recovery? I had to do that too, only to find out that Windows can no longer register some DLL and other files correctly. The files do install fine on my machine, I just can't get some of the extra features (e.g a plugin) offers, like some Winamp plugins. About your problem, you might be stuck. It looks like Windows insists on keeping some files locked even though the actual program isn't on your HDD.
  21. Out of all the 'recent' consoles, only the Dreamcast can play backups without a modchip or a bootdisc/slidecard/whatever.
  22. i know but it there a mod or anyway that i can make it stay to my station?? I think not, at least a mod like this hasn't surfaced yet. Honestly, although San Andreas is being far from realistic in certain spots, I always liked how different cars have their radio tuned to a different stations.
  23. My sentiments exactly. PAL countries get shafted a lot when it comes to video games. Hell, the only video game ever that got a J and a PAL release but not an US release is Terranigma on the SNES. Shenmue 2 falls into that category as well, afaik It does? That's two then.
  24. The PC/Bill-BOX version allows you to put your own tracks into the game and listen to them. Of course the track changes everytime you switch cars, but it doesn't change if you get out of a car and then get in again.
