I've experienced that too. Remember though that the framlimit is set at 30fps. Turn it of fand see what happens, but Rockstar said that the Framelimiter is crucial in some parts of the game. Go figure.

I didn't have any problems with Gens32 2.29 (latest version). In any case, I'd suggest Kega Fusion over Gens for your Genesis/Sega 32X/Sega CD needs.

Ranma ½ - Akanekodan no Hihou (Treasure of the Red Cat Gang) is an old-school RPG, and it's quite fun actually. There's two translations, the manga version and the anime version. Ranma ½ - Chogi Ranbu Hen is a subpar fighting game. Ranma ½ - Ougi Juaanken is a puzzle game similar to Columns and the likes. There are better puzzle games out there. Ranma ½ - Hard Battle is another very subpar fighting game, almost as bad as Pit Fighter. Akanekodan no Hihou is the only one translated, and the only one worth your time. Still, the story makes very little sense if you're not familiar with Ranma ½ (The manga or the anime).
