There is no ZSNES v1.43 but that's going on a tangent. I do agree that automation is something we should at least try. I've grown somewhat tired of hunting for emulation news, because most of those news are something that do not affect me in any way. I would like to see somekind of a solution where certian people would only post PSP news, certain people only DS news, generall emulation, general gaming, arcade (MAME), etc. etc... Instead of all the Staff Members posting news left and right, from all categories.

If one would have to schoose, I'd choose streaming music. PC are more than capable of doing the rest. handheld gaming devices weren't meant to be equivalents of a PC anyway.

Read the documentation that comes with the latest official release. I believe that the problem you have is covered there. Why not use 640x480 DR? Or does your computer just suck big time?

MAME doesn't support newer games, so if you want to get it to work, do what iq_132 suggested. There are alternatives to MAME, like Nebula or Kawaks Loader... or even NeoRAGEx.

anakata has the right to mock them. What the lawfirms try to do in the future about it is another matter. If PB goes down, tought crap, it won't be too long untill another one pops up. It's Sweden after all. Besides, PB has an undisclosed number of their own independent servers, so it takes a bit more than a joint operation with the local ISP to shut them down.

Use the Universe BIOS. It has a built-in Jukebox. Just Goto the BIOS menu, select the Jukebox, then the soundcode to play. Start recording the output to WAV at the same time (most emulators have a WAV dump feature anyway).

The gameplay in both are exactly the same, so if you didn't like SH3 in this regard, there's a good chance that you won't like SH2 either... Both are excellent games, and to me, SH3 had a creepier atmosphere because of it's ties to the original Silent Hill. SH2 is definitely worth getting if you like survival horror. I should start to review SH3 and SH4 now, since I've been procrastinating a lot.

Yes. Chinese authorities take action against all anti-government (preneyt or upcoming) activities. For example, I was in Beijing roughly four years ago. So, we were walking on the Tiananmen Square with our tourist group when we spotted this lone student that held somekind of a red banner. Seriously, it took less than two minutes for the police to show up. They ripped the guy's banner and threw him in the back of the police car, and strongly suggested that we don't take photographs or they would have our equipment confiscated. a red banner that said "Democracy" or what? My chinese is rusty and I didn't ask. So I don't know.

Why ? XP is getting old now. In 4-6 years it will be like owning windows 95. That might be, but then again, I had to live with my older computer for 8 years with a mix of Win95/98, and thought that Windows 98 is still a very viable option. I'm quite sure it will be the same with XP.
