I think its because they're hosting links to software that companies dont want. They already go in trouble for ROMS

Nah, they're all updated really. Its just people keep having technical problems with each emulator and such that they keep posting in each section

James has his mame comiled at.79 that allows u to play KOF2003 Or you can download a weird emulator that alows you to play KOF2k3 Online -

Actually, There is a Mame emulator out there that does allow you to play KOF2003 But thats for an another time
