  1. It's an Apple......geez
  2. Your taste in Asian women is seriously questionable....... I too like hot little Asian women, but none of those are all that great looking. They're all plain and fairly average "pretty", far from "Hot".
  3. Work for a manufacturing company right now. Dream job.........hmmm I always wanted to play Pro Football or Hockey, but I trashed those dreams long ago. (Had a chance.....but w/e) Hmmm.......Porn Star
  4. You can find the latest releases of the GoodTools and GoodGUI at Cowering's website here. The author hasn't got a website, but he does post releases in the forum. Must register to access files n stuff.
  5. Theres one near where I live too. There used to be a 5 screen one about 40 minutes from me just north of Toronto, but they tore it down to put more friggin highway......and a Collosus movie theatre in.......what a stupid thing to do.
  6. A mere 10 threads below yours is another one just like this. Had you read it.....you'd know where to direct your request. Anyway, I'll change your nick for you.
  7. Nice, think I might grab that myself. Another thing I might add, is that I got 2 CDs from a buddy who was running Windows 98 at the time. Now they worked fine on myy box, UNTIL I upgraded to XP......then they just wouldn't work right. I also had discs with movies I had burnt on Win98 as well, that just wouldn't function in XP for some reason. I really don't know why, but I'd have to point the finger at a lack of a proper ASPI layer in XP and the possibility of the burning method on the ASPI layer in 98 at the time causing an incompatibility, as these were just plain DATA disc creations, not images burnt to disc or anything. You could always try installing a proper ASPI layer if you're running XP or 2k.
  8. Cyclic Redundancy Error most likely. Quite a nasty read error that for some reason, using Explorer (Which sucks cause it's Explorer) will lock your sh it up. Also in some programs an errorless problem when reading/viewing certain files or in this case........trying to rip to an ISO. Only thing I can suggest, is trying to rip with ALL error checking disabled in Nero, if that doesn't work........try something else. If THAT doesn't work, find out what file it keeps causing this to happen at, and don't try and copy it over. (Or the multiple files it may be)
  9. A 15 watt iron makes it harder to accidentally overheat a component, but in a few cases I've encountered.......it doesn't get hot enough to melt certain solders enough to have time to get any work done. Then again, I do more than just console modding with my irons.
  10. I don't see it on mine in XP, and even if you could......that wouldn't help any, IE would just download it again. Disabling it, it's still there, just not functional.
  11. Crack should def never be made legal.......
  12. Do I not recall you stating you haven't upgraded to SP2 yet? You won't have this in that case Agozer.......
  13. Silly Microsoft.......you can circumvent this without even requiring more than what they force you to install! The frickin plugin! Here's what you do..... 1. Open IE 2. Click on Tools 3. Click on the Manage Add-ons button. 4. Select Windows Genuine Advantage (You may need to change the drop-down box to show ALL plugins) 5. Click Disable 6. Done, now you can do Windows updates again.
  14. I've noticed sometimes when I throw stuff on my harddrive, I have to restart the application I'm using to be able to access the newly added files. Try restarting XBMC and then see if they show up, I think it's something to do with the FatX filesystem that makes files not appear without restarting what you're doing.
  15. Sure, save for the fact you need a quad core 6Ghz machine to run em perfectly smooth..........stupid friggin software rendering.
  16. I run mine at 1024x768 with no black border appearing. It won't run in 32bit color though, I wind up with messed up colors and the screen split in half showing the same thing twice. For the black borders you need to set "Stretch =1" in Mugen.cfg to make them go away.
  17. Only 50 hours? What a sissy........ I've spent spats of 3-4 days NON STOP playing games before. I played Final Fantasy VII for 3 days straight when it first came out (I only ate twice and I don't recall using the bathroom lol) and I used to play Rainbow Six - Rogue Spear online from Friday night until Monday before I had to go to work, also without any real break, certainly no "brief naps". Oh well, there must have been a real reason behind this......something he was pre-disposed to in order for this to have happened. I've deprived myself of sleep for entire weeks before, not intentionally either. Wheres the "You are an idiot! Hahahahaha!" page when you need it?
  18. That makes ZERO sense......but whatever, I'm getting so sick of trying to keep up with MAME releases. I'll get a set on DVD or whatever in another 10 years, maybe things will have slowed to a pace where a human can keep up with collecting.
  19. Downloading now.......don't technically meet the minimum requirements by just a bit, but it seems that within the last year or two, game publishers have actually been pushing minimum reqs for teh AVERAGE consumer who has a PC that runs half as well as it should. Built my own, tweaked the hell out of it and it runs better.......I'll give it a whirl. I can run Doom 3 @ 800x600 max detail and I don't meet the requirements, I should at least be able to run this with some lower details settings.
  20. Really any decent 30w iron with a pencil tip will do. You don't need any special "brand". Stay away from pistol grip irons too, they feel like they'd be easier to handle, but they actually make you less accurate when soldering just due to they way you have to hold them. A rule of thumb here would be "If it looks flimsy, don't buy it" And when you are soldering electronics components, ALWAYS use Rosin Core solder, stay away from stuff like plain tin solder etc, Rosin Core is designed precisely for electronics components.
  21. What is the real point though? Why force customers (KEY FUXING WORD HERE! = CUSTOMERS = $!) to wait? After it is released, who are they to tell anyone they still can't buy a Japanese one? They can't.........so why bother hurting sales beforehand? Maybe some of these people would buy a PAL unit as well afterwards, but now some potential customers have been made angry. I have always hated Sony's marketing and sales strategy. I've also always hated how they are touted as "Numero Uno" in the market for home electronics. They're only "Numero Uno" in the GENERIC market, if you have plenty of money.......you laugh at Sony quality and buy stuff the average consumer hasn't even heard of. Sony isn't even close to Top-Of-The-Line with people who know they're equipment.
  22. There are not seperate bus' for the processors, thus they DO need to run at the same speed. As far as I know you CAN use differently clocked processors, and they will default to the clock speed of the lesser, meaning you are FORCED to stepdown the 866. The bios controls all of that, so your best option is hitting the Asus website and downloading the manual for the motherboard. The bios may not support certain things, and you'd want to make sure first. You can get a PDF for EVERY motherboard they've ever made. I own 4 Asus motherboards, one of which is a PII motherboard, and I have a PDF manual for it.
  23. We need to ban Sony........nuff said
  24. Don't know, but if you want to give it away.......give it here, I want one for my Gamecube. lol
  25. Well now thats not entirely true......Nintendo themselves confirmed PowerPC CPUs in a multicore setup, using 4 cores. And ATi graphics. But yeah, beyond that it's ALL speculation. I wouldn't put it past Nintendo to go to an extreme like that though. Afterall, just opening it would void your warranty........so how could one complain?
