if i was gonna buy a game i would normally reserve it and pick it up the same day or a day earlier if possible.

look in the xml of avalaunch and you'll see how its setup and where you can put it. you can always edit the xml but i highly suggest using AvaConfig as it makes things a lot easier. it can be found in xbox-scene tools

depends: if you got a router you can use normal cat5 cable to connect between the 2 and use an app like flashfxp to connect to the xbox. if you don't have a router but have an extra nic you can use a crossover cable and enable ics (internet connection sharing) and then use an app like flashfxp to connect to the xbox. if you only have one nic and don't have a router you will have use a crossover cable and use a static ip on the pc and xbox and then you can use an app like flashfxp to connect to the xbox. this of course can only be done using a dashboard that allows ftp. flashfxp isn't really needed since you can use the web browser but i highly suggest it since it makes things easier.

live is for gaming use only, no web browser since thats the way M$ wanted it. you can install linux for xbox and use that web browser but it sucks dueto the lack of xbox's memory

well its been since capcom vs snk 2 eo for xbox for a fighting game to go online (marvel vs capcom 2 for xbox was suppose to be online for usa but was dropped while the japanese version did go online) so its about time a new fighting game got the live treatment on xbox. i look at it as monkey see, monkey do (snk with snk vs capcom going online along with ggxx#r)

japanese version of sf2 aniversary anime was edited

one thing to note: both xbox and ps2 versions in usa will not get the anime movie like the japanese version for ps2. ign reports it does but other sites report it isn't included (makes sence to me since it meant to be both games on one disc and the movie wouldn't fit unless they opt for dvd9 discs which i doubt capcom will do). personaly, i hated the anime movie that was done (love the sfa anime movie tho) so i'm glad its gone

wow, its official for xbox and its live well i don't use live but i hope it can have system link (fat chance of that happening tho). well i already have the japan version of hyper sf2 for ps2 (japan didn't get sf3 at the time) and now its coming to xbox and one thing is on my mind, how perect can sf3 play on the xbox

this new one only runs on the kawaks dev perfectly and they're trying to get it working on mame and fba as of right now. so i suggest you keep the bootleg to play the game till the pcb dump is running on fba or mame. well its already officially been said that it won't work in older kawaks so this thread will be unpinned and closed if anything changes, it will be reopen but untill then its closed.

kof2003 won't work on kawa-x due to the fact the emu can't handle it being based on an older version of kawaks (1.45) nor will there be a new kawa-x since Mhz aka Mr. K doesn't make kawaks any more and has passed his work to razzola which doesn't have an xbox nor the software to make a new kawa-x.

graphics aren't everything man, if you can't over look that then you are seriously missing out on how great a game can be still got 2 years for ps3 or even xbox 2 (unless the summer rumor sticks for 2005)

ok, i'm posting a new version that is the same but the following m1 roms are changed in their driver: mslug4 m1 is now 64kb rotdn m1 is now 64kb kof2k1nd m1 is now 128kb i left mslug5nd the same since most ppl have the 128kb m1 (might change it later). also pim now uses a 64kb m1 but i left it as 128kb cuz the sound seems to breakup in fba-xxx with the 64kb m1

well I'm getting a genesis goodset and one thing i always wondered about was what did [h], , [t] and others exactly mean? tried googling for answers but gives me the run around

i got the latest psm mag in which they got to play test the game and from what they say it still feels 2d but have 3d movements simalar to tekken/vf series (side-step attacks). also it will have the 4 four button setup just like the other kof's but also a shoulder button for taunts. Texas yes its coming in to usa around september, import comes out july i believe

well at least now i can see and play raw as it should be unlike those awful xbox versions. for xbox sake, i hope they can finally get a decent wrestling game other then the upcoming defjam vendetta 2 (aki is doing this one again so its gotta be great) tho i still wonder why didn't the yukes choose to work on xbox as well
