    PSPMSX v1.4.0 released

    Robert
    By Robert,

    MSX Emulator for PSP

      Quote
    Hi All,

For those who haven't seen previous versions, fMSX is a famous emulator of the MSX, MSX2, and MSX2+ 8bit home computers. It runs MSX/MSX2/MSX2+ software on many different platforms including Windows and Unix. See http://fms.komkon.org/fMSX/ for further informations. It has been first written by Marat Fayzullin, and later Vincent van Dam ported it on SDL.

    What's new in version 1.4.0 :

    - Cheat support !

    - Memory monitoring engine to find your own cheat code !

    - Zip rom files are now decompressed in memory (much faster !)

    - New render modes (x1.25, x1.5 and x1.75)

    - Add vertical shift & vsync feature

    - Improve file requester with virtual keyboard to choose sequentially rom files beginning with a given letter

    - Add documentation for settings in help menu

    - The virtual keyboard is now usable in the file requester menu to choose the first letter of the game you search !

    - In the emulator menu you can go directly to keyboard and settings menu using the L-Trigger key.

    - Source code can now be compiled to build a linux version

Sources are included, and are distributed under Marat Fayzullin's license for the original MSX part, and under GNU license for all the PSP part.

    µTorrent 1.8.1 RC1 released

    Robert
    By Robert,

    BT client

µTorrent will never exceed the half-open limit now. Furthermore, the crash on Vista has finally been resolved!

We've worked around the NOD32 issue, but it's still a nasty bug in NOD32 2.5/7 and you should really not use IMON, as the issue could potentially affect any program.

The update tracker restriction has been relaxed when the announce fails. If the announce fails for any reason, you'll only have to wait 60 seconds to do manual update tracker again, instead of whatever the min interval actually was.

    --- 2008-10-02: Version 1.8.1 RC1 (build 12549)

    - Feature: detect IPv4 external IP from Teredo address

    - Change: revert "remaining" bytes to seeding goal change

    - Fix: parsing of IPs with leading zeros, in ipfilter.dat

    --- 2008-09-29: Version 1.8.1 beta (build 12495)

    - Feature: Remaining column displays bytes left to meet seed goal, when seeding (webui too)

    - Fix: crash when deleteing torrent data

    - Fix: do not log about moving torrent data if it is already in the correct place

    - Fix: do not leave webui password field blank if no change occurred

    - Fix: parsing of URLs with username:password@

    - Fix: avoid duplicate connections with the same ID

    - Fix: a few UPnP log messages

    - Fix: crashes on Vista when network was changed (VPN, enabled/disabled, hibernation)
