Mr.X Posted April 27, 2004 Posted April 27, 2004 Maybe its because I showed this:Personally, I'm not OK. We'R just a natural selection.
Wizard Posted April 27, 2004 Author Posted April 27, 2004 The use of gangsta is frightening me! Hey, if he we're a true dentity, HE is ABLE to do it.
StriderSkorpion Posted April 27, 2004 Posted April 27, 2004 The site you grabbed that from is great for finding messed up pics and goof ups. Of course it's associated with Rotten, so little kids stay away. Swamp_Thing, we do those things to give our lives "meaning" in the loosest sense of the word. They really don't matter, but we have excuses for doing them anyways. "Dentity," hehe, sometimes minor spelling mistakes make my day (I like to laugh at my posts before I edit them ). It's deity, BTW. If I'm wrong, that's even funnier.
OverlordMondo Posted April 27, 2004 Posted April 27, 2004 Purpose Mr. Anderson... Smith: Thank you. But as you well know, appearances can be deceiving, which brings me back to the reason why we're here. We're not here because we're free, we're here because we're not free. There's no escaping reason, no denying purpose - because as we both know, without purpose, we would not exist.Smith 2: It is purpose that created us,Smith 3: Purpose that connects us,Smith 4: Purpose that pulls us,Smith 5: That guides us,Smith 6: That drives us,Smith 7: It is purpose that defines,Smith 8: Purpose that binds us. And there ya go.

L.S.D Posted April 29, 2004 Posted April 29, 2004 Yeah, because that movie's dialogue sucked so much. Sez who? I really like Reloaded corny dialogue. 1. Neo : Hmmph! Upgrades. (when fighting the 3 agents) 2. Seraph : The Oracle has many enemies. I had to make sure. Neo : Of what? Seraph : That you are the One. Neo : You could just ask. (after Neo fighting Seraph) 3. Smith : Because of you, I am now unplugged from the system, apparently free. Neo : Congratulations Smith : Thank you. (When Neo meets Smith) 4. Keymaker : Yes, I am the Keymaker. ( I dun know why but everyone in the cinema laugh during this dialogue) 5. Trinity : THat's a nice trick. (After seeing The Twins' ability) 6. Merovingian : "Handle" us? You "handle" us? Your predecessor has much more respect than you. *snap his fingers* * Machine guns shooting. Neo stops bullets* Merovingian : Ok, you have some skills. 7. Neo : Link? Where am I? Link : You are not gonna believe me, but you are way up the mountains. Neo : Really? *while looking around in a scene with mountains* There you go

L.S.D Posted April 29, 2004 Posted April 29, 2004 I still can't get it when everyone laugh when the Keymaker says "I am the Keymaker"
StriderSkorpion Posted April 29, 2004 Posted April 29, 2004 (edited) Eh, I don't think it's funny, but that's just my opinion. I don't read too much into the philosophy of the Matrix. Last thing I want to hear is someone "teaching" me the complexities of life who can't even pronounce Socrates correctly. Besides, it's essentially all Gnostic beliefs: Oracle=god of new testament, Architect=god of old testament, Neo=Jesus, Merolvigian(sp?)=devil, etc., etc. Edited April 29, 2004 by StriderSkorpion

They just ripped from Bible, Quran, or anything else religious and try to pass it off as a new thinking. And some fall for it. I read in US, there are people who killed their folks thinking they are living in the Matrix and their folks are agents!Disturbing
