Wow, that's insane! Can't believe your city is deserted with only 1 confirmed sick. That's paranoia at its finest.

But anyway, you didn't answer my question! What about the bidets? Do you guys prefer the water washing or the toilet paper? :D

toilet paper or.. someone else t-shirt 😁

Now serious. That one woman was in hospital and had contact with at least 50 people in hospital. Now hospital is separated from outside world. Many of those people probably left hospital and didn't know that woman was positive with covid19. All hospitals employes that are at home at orderer to stay at home on force. One of nurses is actually living very close to my home.

Besides weather is rather bad here in Poland - strong wind, yesterday was snowing. Not the best conditions to stay healthy. Right now from time to time I see only people with dogs.

If only someone with a sense of responsibility was president...

https://www.news.com.au/lifestyle/health/health-problems/coronavirus-donald-trump-refuses-to-take-responsibility-after-downplaying-the-threat-for-months/news-story/f1c9df3ff16a7c277142216d2929cc96

As it is, America will soon be flooded with the dead bodies of the poor.

Whatever happened to the saying "The buck stops here" ? For Trump, it stops somewhere else - anywhere else - but never with him.

Well, how Trump deals with this situation will inform if he gets elected again or not. I think that maybe him not taking responsibility actually makes his base like him more (which you would never think with presidents before him). It seems that everything Trump does appears ironic at first, but only ends up strengthening his base. I think how he deals with people who lose their jobs from this will be pivotal.

Hahaha, so tp or t-shirts! 😂

Right now it seems being a hospital worker is by far the scariest job to have in the world!

I guess people in Poland won't have to worry about trying to socially isolate due to the weather keeping you guys in.

Still cold but we have sunshine but still it's rare to see people outside. In next two days weather will be much better with peak in saturday and sunday.

BTW. Couple days ago we had very high temperatures (just before first ill in my city) and plenty people were outside. One confirmed ill changed everything.

A month later... How are you all doing? I hope some of you have taken this time to learn some new stuff! I know I have a lot more free time now myself.

Well, in the last few days toilet paper has reappeared on the shelves. Next week restrictions will start to be rolled back.

Most of our deaths came from just 2 places - a cruise ship that was allowed to dock and let the passengers off without being checked; and an infected person who stayed at work in an aged care facility.

However it seems there will be some permanent changes. Social distancing is here to stay which causes behavioral changes all over the place. There's no word on when (or if) travel to other countries will resume. I can't really see cruise ships ever coming back, as they are nothing more than floating incubators.

We've had a total of 96 deaths in our country, so far.

The real culprits, China, have been behaving like entitled big babies. They have been busily cleaning away any mentions of the disease on their internet. Anyone who wants to sue is visited by the police. Lawyers disappear. Anyone who wants to publicise what's been going on gets locked away. You can be sure that the entire episode will soon be a taboo subject in that sad country and be erased from history just like previous crackdowns. Several countries want an investigation into how the virus started. China won't allow it, which is a sure sign that they are hiding something. Aren't you glad that you live in a country where free speech is allowed?

Over 30,000 deaths here in the UK now which is second only to the US I believe. Been in lockdown here since late March but allowed out to exercise and shop for food. Judging by the amount of traffic on the roads you would never know we were in lockdown.

In Poland less than 900 deaths. People should wear masks but from what I see many people ignore this. Not to mention plenty people on streets. Everything is available except gloves.

Monday i will get the 3rd shot vaccine pfizer because i want it. I Never get any covid, because i always use mask and stay at home. I'm asmatic. So... i had pills for allergies and i don´t have no problems to get infected. I have all vaccines twice since i born it even BCG too. Since 2016 that age kids don´t have it. It's unfair. Many reasons covid was strong.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BCG_vaccine

Looks like Italy never used this vaccine, many reasons why covid was very infected more then others at the beggining.

My 3rd shot isn't due until April, but I'll get it either this month or next. I don't care which vaccine.

I only go out when I have to (shopping mostly) and use the mask.

Here at least, if you catch covid you're 25 times more likely to end up in intensive care if you're unvaxxed. I don't understand the anti-vax crowd, but if they want to die a horrible death, that's up to them. Eventually they will be gone due to their own actions.
